Ah, my people, you already know me. I do not come here to write sweet things. No, no, no. I come here to warn the masses, to tell the truth, to let the world know when businesses are moving mad. But today… today something miraculous has happened. And before anybody asks—nobody has paid me for this review. If they had, I would have charged them double. Let me tell you, this company tried me. Ohh, they tested my patience. My order disappeared into thin air, their so-called "customer service" sent me on a wild goose chase, and their chat system? Useless. It welcomed me like a visitor, then kicked me out like an uninvited guest at my own complaint. I was about to call my lawyer. I was about to gather the village elders to discuss this nonsense. And then—Janine called. Ah, Janine, my child. The daughter of wisdom, the fixer of problems, the last hope for this company. In just a few minutes, she did what no chatbot, no email, no "SESSION COMPLETE" error could do: she solved my problem. With speed. With kindness. With a professionalism that tells me she was raised well. To Janine: May your salary increase abundantly. May your phone never run out of battery. May your boss recognize that you alone are holding this company together. To the company: Listen carefully. Promote Janine. Give her a raise. Let her train all your other staff. And as for that chat system? My friend, delete it. Before it embarrasses you further. Would I order again? Only if Janine is personally in charge.

I received the clothes dryer in a few days it is very well made and good value for money Hopefully it will save on energy costs for drying clothes in winter

The order arrived on time. Ordered 3 smartair boosters. Give one away. They don't work on single radiators. One went in the hallway radiator has a flat top that sent the warmth upstairs, but not as powerful as expected. A little noisy with the fan however got used it & now don't notice the noise, good point it can be used cordless if don't have a socket nearby.👏🏽

I contacted customer services via email as one of the units that had been delivered was faulty. They responded very quickly, less than an hour, advising that a new unit was being sent out on express delivery. if only other companies were as proactive as these as I feel this is exceptional customer service.

I needed a single inflatable bed for a guest , found a great one , great price, chose standard delivery and received it the next day. Very easy to order and a selection of ways to pay.

As always whether through the Messenger App or over the Phone, I always get Quick, Precise and Excellent Service. Their Communication Skills Priceless, it’s like I know them…. No fuss whatsoever and they’re very Knowledgeable about all their products too. For today’s One Corresponded with Dylan and Michael. I would like to say to both…Excellent. The courier delayed delivery of my order by 4 days and within an hour of contacting HighStreetTV the courier contacted me and informed me my order will be delivered that afternoon. Luke who took my call and facilitated the delivery was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. Thank You for an Excellent Customer Service experience.

I purchased the Jet Hawk cordless power washer, in October 2024, on recommendation by a neighbour, I didn't get to use it until mid-January 2025 when I tried everything to get it to work. I had thrown the original packaging and my invoice away. I told my neighbour who said return it and ask for a replacement, So I contacted High Street TV via their customer services email address. Their customer services are truly impressive - their response was prompt. Brent provided me with full instructions to return the item, advising me what to do in case I no longer had the original packaging or sales invoice. Martin arranged confirmation of the replacement being posted when I forwarded a copy of the Proof of Postage. Wow…what a high standard of customer service. Well deserving of a 5 star review. Thank All

Having a few issues with the courier and couldn't speak to a person so contacted High Street. Absolutely outstanding - advised that rep (Luke) would contact courier and call me back. Called me back with an update and issue resolved. Still concerned as no delivery window provided but Luke went away again and then called back with hour window - so refreshing to have people follow through and do what they say they will - twice!!
