First purchase. Clevercheff. Very pleased with delivery and packaging. Have cooked double egg omelette, double egg cheese omelette, toasted sandwich, just made a regular cheese sandwich, cut in half left to right, cooked each half one at a time, made up Betty Crocker Brownie mix and cooked in 3 batches and ate half of each cake each day. I live alone and quantity suits me beautifully. Was disappointed not to get paper recipe book and didn’t know how to use QR code thingy but phoned number on box and they sent me an email of recipe book which I could print off so now looking to try more ideas

I HAVE LONG WANTED ONE OF THESE APPLIANCES. MY DAUGHTER HAS ONE AND WITH TWO SMALL KIDS SHE CAN DEPEND ON A QUICK MEAL IF/WHEN NEEDED. MY HUSBAND STATED "OH NOT ANOTHER THING TO HIDE IN THE CUPBOARD" WELL HE CAN EAT HIS WORDS AND HAS DONE SO ON A FEW OCCASIONS SINCE I PURCHASED THIS AND HE WILL DO SO IN THE FUTURE.

My Vacuum Sealer arrived so quickly I couldn't believe my eyes. Especially, in the height of Storm Bert when it was raining heavily. So yes the box was wet but no damage to a very impressive, sturdy product within... The manual & recipe booklets enclosed are so helpful. I've had three previous VC's all useful in their time, but this one although hefty & heavier is an all round winner. A superb product & excellent company service. There was a fault in the product. This can occur - it's how the problem is rectified that is important. A telephone call to report the fault was made on Monday, a replacement arrived on Wednesday. Brilliant service.

The Shopping experience was good. I received the products the following day due to a promotion. I was told I would receive some free gifts as I had purchased the Premium Ruby Horse power clean with extra brush heads. This entails a subscription service after three weeks if not cancelled. The product was purchased on the 17 March 2025. To date I have not received the promised gifts. I will cancel the "offer" so as not to be charged £19.99 monthly.
