Item arrived on time, packaged and in good condition.

My item turned up damaged and I spoke to Brent from customer service. And he was very helpful and sent me an email with a QR code so I could take it too a collection point and then send him the barcode number on the reverse of the receipt. And a replacement item will be sent out to me, I am well pleased with the service I received thank you. Regards Mr foster

This Drew&Cole Breakfast Sandwich Maker was a let down. All it did was make a huge mess.I gave it 5 attempts wasting food until I finally returned it!

Drew & Cole are very well recommended by myself and my brother both in our later age group now and having once owned and used the Clever Chef Pro which is more for a Family or batch cooking and fantastic have now gone for 2 of the 5 Minute CleverChef which we both can’t stop using. Placed my order for Nutribullet 600 on a Friday in time for next day delivery. Unfortunately is was sent via Evri. Evri app showed my order was in their possession at 05:28 on Monday. Checked the app later for progress, NONE. Eventually order was delivered mid morning on the Wednesday. However the Nutribullet is a nice piece of kit and the order process was easy as previous orders have been, the only fly in the ointment was Evri. I shall continue to use High Street TV when there is something I wish to purchase.

I’ve ordered a couple of items from High Street TV, had no issues whatsoever, prompt delivery, good communication.

Rang to report a fault with Jet wash. Call quickly answered, I described fault, agent decided either charger or battery at fault. Replacements received next day, new battery worked.
