i purchased the cleverpot for my mum she used it once and could not get on with it i said i would return it for a refund but my mother has discarded the invoice and i cannot find the email ,so how do i return it ??? I was very pleased with the ease of ordering on-line having seen the item in TV. Delivery was very quick via Evri which I always find satisfactory. No hassle and speedy service says I will be happy to order again.

On contacting about my problem with my product, the problem was dealt with very Quickly, i received a QR code the same day to use at my local postal shop, the following day i received my replacement unit, this happened all thanks to Nimmy the online and on the phone customer care assistant, many thanks to her for her help.

This is an amendment to a previous revue I sent on behalf of High Street TV & Drew & Cole. I tried to find the previous review in my past reviews on trust pilot but its not even listed in my profile. It needs updating please. So this is to clarify that the service & customer care I received was impecable. They were very caring & helpful over the phone when I needed to return a parcel. My previous review may have reflected badly on them. This was not my intention, my disappointment was with the courier company Evri. Which I should have not included in a review for High Street TV and Drew & Cole whom I am happy to buy from in the future.

I cannot fault the service provided by High Street TV. I had an issue with a product and I contacted their customer service team through X. They resolved the issue immediately and I was extremely pleased with the outcome - they went above and beyond. Thanks especially to Michael for his swift replies and excellent service.

I ordered 2 5 minute cleverchef's. One for myself and one for a friend as a housewarming gift. Unfortunately when I unpacked one, it was broken. I took a photo straight away and emailed hightstreet tv. The following morning I had an apologetic reply and also informed that a replacement has been sent express delivery. Damage can happen, but it's how it is dealt with and this was dealt with exceptionally. Mant thanks and I think I will be ordering a couple more for gifts.

Both Dylan and Nimmy provided excellent customer service when assisting me to purchase a Nutribullet that I could not purchase off the Nutribullet website due to a software problem with the delivery section. They ensured that I paid what I expected to on the Nutribullet site. Both very friendly and professional.

The CleverPot has a white screw showing through the stand underneath the pot. I have told both Drew&Cole and High Street TV. and nothing has been done about it. I have been ill with a virus so haven't chased the complaint but the Pot will be returned forthwith when I can obtain a returns label.

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW:- I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SALES MANAGER WHO SINCERELY APOLOGISED FOR MY EXPERIENCE. HE GAVE ME REASSURANCE AND OFFERED COMPENSTON (WHICH WAS NOT SOUGHT). CONSIDERING WHAT I NOW FEEL TO BE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GOOD PERFORANCE OF THE PRODUCT, I AM HAPPY TO UPDATE MY ORIGINAL REVIEW AND RECOMMEND THIS JET WASHER AND HIGH ST.TV. Hawk Jet Wash - Product is good however the hose split on first use. That is not ideal but it was eventually quickly resolved. The follow up service was not great - on line chat could not help me as it is ONLY for sales apparently. I was given an email address to contact with my complaint however I was provided with the wrong email address which meant I had to make a phone call at my expense. When I pointed this out to the customer service agent I was told 'mistakes happen'. Yes, mistakes happen however when it costs your customer, it costs nothing to apologise - C.D.B.

HIGH STREET TV beyond excellent over the years I have wrote lots of reviews and I worked in retail myself for over 20 years and as a young man I had it drilled in to me that our customers were priority that they paid our wages and we had to respect that and always treat a customer as a valued customer . I had a very minor problem with a product purchased via high street tv and to be totally fair to them they were not necessarily under any obligation to make it right by me I want to point out what an absolute refreshing change to actually deal with a company that show me as a customer im valued and that they do actually care so well done Ben and well done high street tv great standards keep it up thank you .
