Ordering easy and excellent. Delivery excellent, The product works very well. Just one big downside - it is much smaller than it appears to be on the TV and during the demonstration of it's capabilities. I was given a code for 10% off a future purchase but I'm asking myself whether this is enough to justify the purchase of the 2nd one that is needed to get the job done.

Don't put the cleverpot on maximum for content as it spills over - there should be a lower maximum or a median. Messy spillage if people are just putting it on work tops, sit it in a tray just in case.

Had a slight issue with the battery on a Strimmer we purchased. Sent an email to the Lawn Barber, they replied straight away, sent out a new battery no questions asked, and followed up with an email asking had we received it. How can you fault customer service like that, they have been excellent. Highly recommend.

Fell in love with EZwell vibrational Matress only all pods not working well so returned for replacement. What I got was a used 2nd hand heavily creased and stretched bed. I payed for a new item. I still use it, but knowing this I don't get the same pleasure also used bed so no longer feels like I'm lying on air.

It can sometimes be difficult to get through to customer services. I recently ordered an item and although it arrived in time it takes ages for it to be returned. I had to ring twice to ask how to return item both gave different answers. It has taken ages for my money to be refunded. If the item is not faulty and you haven't used you have to pay for the return. They are not available in the weekend to speak to.

First class customer care service! I had an issue with a recently purchased item and as soon as I made contact, they were on the ball and sorted it out immediately! They were very courteous and professional from start to finish, great job! Makes me feel comfortable dealing with them going forward!

Faulty machine no pressure with hose or garden hose and worse had to pay to return.
