Ive already gave a review but, inusing my clothes airer/dryer sgsin im not so happy. Clothes seem to be inly drying across the bars and I left it plugged in over night. In the morning they were still damp. Infact it’s taken over 2 days for my clothes to dry. I’m very unhappy as first time clothes dried but there was only two things on it then as I was trying it out.

I purchased a nutribullet kitchen express item just over one year ago which has now broken. Given it was so close to warranty period I contacted the company asking for a replacement. Janine contacted me and resolved everything. She was so helpful and apologetic for my issue. She ordered me a brand new product the same day and arranged for my broken item to be collected. Excellent response and service provided Thank you!

I ordered two happy nappers and within half an hour found they were the wrong size. Brent found they had already been packed but told me exactly what to do.Janine helped me to re-order, both courteous and extremely helpful. When both parcels arrived Brent sent me a link to return the first parcel. The grandchildren loved them!

Quick delivery and like the product although not possible to cook Toasted Sandwiches in it, not big enough, but great for quick cooking eggs!

After explaining my problem i.e. that on unpacking the Jet Hawk we found the charger was broken. Luke confirmed he would get a replacement sent out straight away which should be with me tomorrow.

I bought a SMARTair boost and used it through the winter it stopped working just outside of the warranty I got InTouch with Brent in customer services and within a few hours he had sorted out a replacement and sent it out to me what an excellent service I can not fault them and I would Highley recommend them to anybody
