Saw the product on TV so went online to order. Process was easy and item arrived within the time stated. No problems experienced.

My order arrived very quickly and I'm pleased with it, but, the box looked as though it had already been opened. Whilst disconcerted and wondering if it was a return from another customer, everything inside appeared present and correct. I had to test it immediately so any issues could be reported. Heavily taped-up boxes make me understandably nervous. Hence four stars.

Bought a airbed 18 months ago and whilst I appreciate that this is outside the manufacturer’s guarantee, I had stated that the bed has hardly been used so I don’t think the bed is fit for purpose.

Jet Hawk review. A very useful thing to have around the home and glad I bought one, but be aware it is not powerful enough to remove ground in dirt from mono block patios or slabs.

From ordering online to delivery was so easy

I had an issue with a product I bought in October 2024 and when I contacted customer services they were very helpful and replaced it for me straight away.

Brilliant customer service from High Street Tv. Never have I received such a quick response to a slight problem with my product. Within two days I received a returns label for evri to pick up my parcel. Today my parcel was picked up, I was asked to send back my evri tracking return code. With 20 mins a lovely lady called Nimmy issued my refund to my original card. Definitely 100% satisfaction from customer service. Thanks to Nimmy.

I had an issue with my NutriBullet 900 as the white plastic operating lugs had seemingly locked solid and no amount of pressing down on the container would get the unit to operate. I contacted Customer Support and Dylan advised using an old toothbrush and some warm water to brush the three lugs gently. Despite my scepticism, as my machine is usually spotlessly clean anyway, I followed his instructions and to my delight his remedy worked perfectly. There must’ve been some dried on liquid behind one of the lugs which was preventing the unit operating. First class service from very knowledgeable guys!

Purchased a pressure cook pro 12 in one when High Street TV first had them. Delivery was fast and was everything that was advertised. Have now purchased a 14 in 1 even though the 12 in 1 is still perfectly fine. In the winter makes a beef stew in 30 minutes and in the summer have used it to do bbq ribs. I can recommend the pressure king pro and High Street TV 100%

I ordered the JetHawk pressure washer after seeing the TV advert. It was fairly easy to assemble bearing in mind that I am a 78 year old lady!!! It is good quality and is every bit as good as the advertisement says. I have so far cleaned the garage door and a few windows. It brought off the excess dirt very well.
