Delivery was faster then expected which was Great. The smart air boost make a big difference, my living, dining and kitchen is open plan, 2 large radiators in that space, brought 2 regular size, work great they do make a noise when running but you get used to it, considering buying the enlarge for hallway and landing.

Purchased the 5 minute clever chef 6 months ago had a problem with food sticking. Called High Street shopping who arranged postage. Soon after a new one arrived. Excellent service

I recently returned an item for refund which had been purchased from Amazon. I used the courier company Evri for the return. The return address used by Evri was slightly different to the one supplied by Amazon. When I had not received a refund within 2 weeks I emailed High Street tv and asked them to investigate. My email was actioned by Martin and Anna and was satisfactorily resolved within 24 hours. Excellent service.
Great customer service, I accidentally dropped my Jet Hawk and it broke the 6 in 1 nozzle. So I contacted customer care who sent me a replacement within an hour of contacting them. Totally amazing and very helpful. Very impressed - thanks again Martin.
Bought Able and Cole CleverChef less than one year ago and the handle has broken off one side of the inner pot (screws become lose and fall out) - it’s now dangerous to use. Contacted the company asking to obtain a spare pot, very rude, no apology, asked for proof of purchase, my address etc before replying and then simply said that the product is *discontinued* and therefore have no parts. I find it odd that it’s still for sale on High Street TV, Amazon and Argos but it’s “discontinued” with no parts to fix or replace. I’m really disappointed with the service as I am quite happy with the product before the handle broke. I certainly wouldn’t buy any more products from this company given the complete lack of after sales care. I’d expect to be able to use the product for at least 2-3 years but now unable to do so safely so need to purchase a complete new unit if I want to use it without burning myself. Even as much as an apology from the company would be nice. But not even an acknowledgment that it falls below their standards, just left with a useless product.

After a previous review of highstreettv I now have a much better one of said company . Realising that the faulty goods were sent from a supplier rather than from highstreettv .
