I have been in contact with Green Belt for 6 months about an area outside of our house which is a dumping ground for green belt. They dumped their dirt and railings there in July last year and continued to dump! I have had no luck getting this sorted. I am frustrated paying for a service to look outside my house to view their dumping ground. I have asked for complaint handler nothing. Cancelled direct debit and then issued late payment fee! Greenbelt experience is utter rubbish we feel trapped paying money which also continues to rise every year. I would like a number of someone that can actually help us!!!

Great service, many thanks to Sophie and Adam who were very helpful. We had a lot of issues with DC Law (do not use them, unless you want your house purchase to collapse;)). Greenbelt, was all the way through for us and helped with all the legal issues that were needed to be fixed before the completion. And what's more, even after 7 months from completion, we had their backs and we could count on them, absolutely outstanding service. Thank you so much!
Bill Payment I have yet to receive a bill from Greenbelt this year. Cora was very reassuring and helpful. She accepted my payment by telephone and made sure that the bill and receipt have been sent to me by email. Thank you!
We received our Greenbelt Maintenance bill, which to be honest I was not happy about. Totally understand that when I bought my house I agreed to pay the maintenance as per the T1, but would have expected Redrow to have completed their side of the bargain! That aside Nick took the time to call me personally and talk through the situation, which is nice in todays society. He made me feel special and told me should I have any worries to email or call him. So watch this space!

They apply massively inflated late penalty charges which are completely unreasonable in a cost of living crisis. They are impossible to get hold of to discuss anything. Had someone phone me and leave a message, I phoned backed and left a message on a number of occasions but no-one returned the call, instead just applying a late penalty charge without any notification that they would do so. It really is disgraceful that a company like this takes advantage of people making a slightly late payment. I paid £50 of the £150 and planned to pay the balance over the rest of the year, but apparently this is something you can't do (not that anyone bothered to communicate this). My advice would be to avoid buying a house in an estate where you are forced to pay this poorly run company with no morals.

I had to call due to the fact greenbelt tried to charge for billing and I was already paperless also they forgot to credit my account last year for going paperless . Spoke to Janet in customer services who was very helpful in getting my account sorted
Contact with Cora was very efficient - positive experience. One star knocked off for technology- I tried phoning them and was cut off within 5 seconds on each of 3 attmpts. Staffrespnded to mail and phoned me.

Be very wary of buying a house that has any involvement with Greenbelt, they can charge you what they like for doing not a lot, they also do things you didn't want and charge for them, Nobody would mind paying maintenance charges if there was consultation between you about what was required. Customer service is dreadful, if you phone you just get messages about not being able to take the call I emailed to ask for a call, they did call but I missed it as I was working, I called back to find later it was a premium rate number, yet another little scam from this company, and Marc, I still waiting for a reply to my last email I shouldn't have to go on trustpilot to get you to respond, your collegue I did speak to on the phone was less than helpful Usual, useless reply you have given to all the other reviews, I'm still waiting for a reply to my email about the breakdown of my bill, also the freephone no. you have quoted is the one you don't answer

I spoke to Stacy today, she was kind, warm and helpful. She's sent me a link for paperless billing for future statements and took my payment for today. It was so easy, especially as I struggle with anxiety and dread making calls.
Another threatening letter, claiming that I haven’t responded to previous correspondence. Fortunately I only correspond in writing and by recorded delivery and I keep a copy along with proof of delivery! Sadly Greenbelt simply refuses to engage with me to resolve the many outstanding issues! Charged an unjustifiable annual fee on a new estate, but work never carried out .. had to clear brambles from parking area last year to stop young kids or cars getting damaged ..
