Understand I have to pay this every year but they are cowboys! Every year they send me one letter which states I have an overdue amount (always the only letter I receive) it states I have w £24 late payment charge to pay, how can I have a late charge when this is the first letter I have received ? You should be ashamed of yourselves trying to get money out of hard working people-that’s not a way to run a company.
The lovely lady I spoke to was friendly, helpful and sorted out my direct debit very quickly and efficiently.
Have always paid on time, however the team were very understanding about the issue of most of my bills going up, causing strain financially (something most of us have in common at the moment) Setup a short term payment plan to get back on track. Again understanding and worked with rather than against in this current financial climate we’re all in. 10 out of 10.

Updated following response from Greenbelt. Sounds hopeful and hope improvement continues Poor communications with residents who pay their salaries. Intend to question my MP to see if they can be disbarred from any new contracts. Greenbelt have a number of issues outstanding at my site. If there was a meaningful response might have managed an extra star. Could do better. There’s something very wrong when you see the amount of 1 star reviews. Not worthy of 1 star

Greenbelt took over our estate this March. They tried to bill 171 houses for an area of land outside of the estate which is not covered on anyone's deeds. Admitted thier "error" and removed from the plans but not reduced bills accordingly. Annual charge for the estate for cutting a couple of green areas sweeping 7 tarmac parking spaces and litterpicking approx £22000. Absolute scammers Hopefully the CMA will puy a stop to these practices.

I have just moved into a property and discovered there is not 1 but there are 2 factors. I was confused as to what was managed by which factor and called Greenbelt to clarify their role. The customer care officer I spoke with was exceptionally helpful with a very positive attitude and friendly demeanour. She explained this can be the case sometimes and offered to send over a site plan of exactly what Greenbelt managed and we’re going to manage in the near future. The other factor, although much more expensive, was not helpful at all and gave me the generic fobbing off “we manage the common grounds”.
Stacey Ralston was extremely helpful and quickly resolved my query on annual invoice with imminent house sale and how to deal with that in simple and effective way.

Todays outcome has been well received but leading up to it and dealing with another member of staff wasn’t good. He didn’t reply to emails or messages I left but Julie took over the issue and resolved it very well. She was very professional and understanding.
