Great friendly customer advisor. Made the process very quick and straightforward. Didn't have to pay my bill in full but able to spread my costs like other utilities. Much easier for a single person home owner.
I admit that I was a bit miffed when I got my first invoice which I suppose lead me to not study it enough. When I contacted the customer service dept regarding the invoice my blood pressure may have been a little elevated. But the lady on the reply appeared to be very courteous and calm and soon pointed out my error. A second lady on another email was also very helpful when I was having difficulty in paying the invoice as it was my first time - she also was great with advice. All in all the responses were quick and very helpful. The lesson here is too read everything very carefully before leaping to conclusions. Thanks ladies for all your help today.

It's Mafia. We don't have a say in what they decide to do. They just increase the prices as they wish. And they don't even work well
The landscape contractors are missing out work that should be carried out. Trimming/cutting back bushes on our estate. Not for the first time. The residents pay a lot of money for this service. I emailed to report. Someone said the team would be back onsite last week. Yes they cut the grass and ignored the bushes once again. Half a job at full price.

We moved into a new estate about 4 years ago. Our house over looks the SUD. After speak to Nick Upton about various matters, he mentioned that residents could be entitled to a refund from Norhumbrian Water if their property is served by a SUD / pond. We are pleased to say we did get a refund, which wouldnt have happened without the help from Nick.
