Ordered grass fine Delivery great I purchased the thicker one after rolling it out we could see there was a problem with a strange line right through the grass one side is darker than the other side land as I had to cut it not square it shows several areas of black plastic base also around the hole for rotary line! I’m struggling with them to come up with a solution? I keep telling different people the same information and photos! I will change my review when this is sorted one way or the other as we are not happy.

Grass is great, went down well. Delivery company was dreadful. Struggled to get it out the van and wanted to leave it kerb side!! Almost an hour of discussion, phone calls and persuasion to get it manhandled on to the drive.

Quick delivery time, easy process, lovely samples.

Terrible quality product, looked nothing like the pictures. We could see lots of the base matting where the artificial green material was non existent. It was a budget line but unusable. They show pictures of it in a garden but then tell you it is not suitable for outdoor use. They would not accept the product was of poor quality and wanted to charge numerous fees to return it. I went through our credit card company and submitted all the email evidence which was rather damming. Anyhow, we got our money back but would not recommend their misleading adverts and poor quality budget offering. Total waste of time. PS we are a business so we couldn't use Distance Selling Regulations which would have made the return process so much easier.

It was quick easy to order samples to get a feel and look at the grass pet friendly too ready for the future when we get a dog fast delivery.

Firstly I had to chase the sales team to place an order. Once dealt with it was pretty quick. The main reason for the poor review is that they gave me a confirmed delivery date in writing, with delivery being handled by themselves. The delivery was delayed but notification only came on the day it was being delivered. When I asked why they said”a delivery company they sometimes use was in my area so they were dealing with delivery” What they really meant it was cheaper for them. The grass arrived a few days late. When I met the van at my customers property, they could not get the 5m long grass out because it was at the bottom of all the other packages. Instead of moving them out of the way they srapped straps-around the grass and tugged it out. There are lots of bad reviews about reliability on delivery. However they appear under the businessname which shows on paypal not google reviews. Will never deal with this company again. Unprofessional cowboys
