Yet to lay my grass but it’s a totally different colour to what I expected. Ordered samples of the Zeus Pro in 32mm and 37mm. Both very similar in colour so decided to order to the Zeus Pro in 40mm length - stupidly expecting it to be very similar just longer. When I emailed customer services after taking delivery, they told me that they are totally different in colour and it clearly explains it on the website. Hmmmm…,what it says in the spec. is that it’s vibrant green. Now perhaps it’s my fault for taking a ‘punt’ but considering I had two samples of 32mm and 37mm I didn’t expect that 40mm would be nothing like them with the same product name! If I had thought that, I’d have got another sample of course. I tried to point this indiscretion out to customer service but they kindly told me you got what you ordered! Technically yes but surely if they are totally different you’d rename it is Zeus Pro Vibrant? Now I’m not a genius in marketing but sounds like a sensible idea. Hopefully after ordering their top of the range product I will be happy once it’s laid (or at least accept it) but the customer service didn’t respond to my last email….cheers

I have put a complaint about the underlay for the astro and the company have so far tried to blame me for the lack of drainage (when there is a drain right where issue is!) not professional at all to be honest.
