Fast and reliable service, the two delivery guys were very helpful

Nothing like the website pictures. You can see all the mesh through it, terrible quality and when I asked to return they deduct 25% from your refund plus £50 collection fee so nearly £300 in my case. Horrendous customer service and false photos. Be careful!

great service from the grass warehouse. the staff were very helpful when we placed our order. it arrived on the expected delivery day. we are very pleased with the quality of the grass. so all round satifaction.

Really happy with the grass. We got a four pack family sample and went with the Galieo as it was definitely our favourite, thick pile which has made it soft under foot and more forgiving on falls for kids. The faux flack brown through the green makes it look more authentic. We got a good sale price on the grass and the service was good. The only reason for the four star instead of five was the service from the courier was not great, slow to respond, difficult to get a convenient delivery time and the drop off was not very professional.

We ordered our grass from this company August this year,I was surprised by the quality of the artificial grass,we ordered the Galileo 32mm and when I laid it down people came round and asked if it was real grass when I said no they couldn't believe it wasn't real,I would also said your customer service was great,I rang up on the Monday and I recieved the grass on the Wednesday,they went out their way to provide excellent customer care,I would recommend grass warehouse for their excellent service Thank you

The whole process was very easy and the website was easy to navigate. The whole purchase process was easy. Got plenty of correspondence regarding the delivery and when it was delivered the operatives were helpful and very quick.

Ordered our grass from the grass warehouse, everything was really straightforward and we received a step by step guide all the way so we knew where we was up to with our order. The grass arrived and was perfect! It looks so green and natural looking, we’ve had amazing comments from neighbours and friends! The price, quality and overall experience was fabulous.
