Customer service was prompt and helpful and when there was an issue with the grass they quickly sought to resolve it. The end product is beautiful and I'm delighted. Grass was better than I even expected from the samples.

It was really good to find a company offering grass samples for free. The postage costs were fairly priced too.

It was easy to work out how much grass I needed using the guide online. There is a large range to choose from, with extensive information on each type to ensure you buy the right one for your needs. As a wheelchair user I found this particularly helpful. The samples arrived quickly, as did my final order. I am so pleased with the results - my garden is transformed.

Absolutely over the moon with our Galileo 32mm grass! After a rather large garden reno it was the perfect addition to brighten up the area! 100% Recommend!

Not impressed with the quality of the grass, thought it would be better. Should be 35mm and possibly is but feels less and inferior. Delivery was slow, 2 weeks exactly.

Great product and very efficient costumer service

Delivery time was too long to fit around the days I had taken off to fit on my decking but they pulled out all the stops (and I imagine a few favours) to get it to me. First class effort and the grass looks amazing.

Very happy with the quality of the product I purchased and would definitely use them again. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the company used for the delivery was an absolute shambles. Turned up at the wrong address, then they eventually came to my address and informed me that they couldn’t deliver it until I pointed to the postcode on both ends of the roll and they then reluctantly got it into garden.
