Initially delivered the wrong grass due to factory labelling error. This delayed project. However when correct consignment arrived it was extremely good quality and looks great.

ORDER #93866GW Our delivery of Hestia 40mm was around a week late and after reading reviews I expected the worst. I called Grass warehouse for assistance to track the order and I received excellent customer service. There were issues tracking my order which took a couple of days to locate, I was called each day with an update. I cannot fault your representative who dealt with my enquiry, I wish I got his name. The courier delivered on the slot booked and carried the roll into our garden. We have laid the grass and I am really pleased with it, our dog loves it too. It matches the samples we were sent. I personally had a great experience and would use grass warehouse again.

Ordered 32mm grass when I got the order was like 10mm super poor quality grass terrible customer service wouldn’t use these guys at all as you won’t receive the grass they promote stay away
