Very poor experience. Ordered 2 rolls of grass only for 1 to turn up and be the wrong kind. Took weeks for them to collect and then a further week to get the correct one here. They are very unsympathetic and vanquish themselves of all blame by referring you to their terms and conditions where it pretty much says anything that goes wrong you should expect. Would advise to shop elsewhere.

I had a question to ask about the Hestia grass before I could order it and the person on the phone was very helpful and even gave me a discount code to use making the price even better value than the web price. Ours was a unusual project because we wanted it to cover a concrete roof of our underground garage which looked awful and puddled water all winter. The new grass looks fantastic completely transforming the roof space into an area good enough to use for a party! Delivery was within the specified 7 working days and we received updates on the arrival date and time so were able to complete the base for it just in time without risking the waterproof sub liner. Can't really fault our purchase in any way and would happily do business with them again.
They responded to my request to deliver my grass in 4 working days. The grass has a natural look and right desinsity.
