Ordered 12 meter x 4 meter, but received 12m x 3.96! The packaging indicated 12 m x 4m but found customer service totally unhelpful. We are still awaiting compensation for the shortfall !

Truly awful experience. Ordered 13m for almost £500 and have been sent 9metres. Been over two weeks and still haven’t received the proper original order. Would send back and buy elsewhere but would be charged for collection and restock.

Seems to be impossible to order a sample despite there being "order sample" Button. A company who make it easy to order and pay but make it impossible to get a sample clearly have something to hide and are not confident in the quality of their products.

My grass and glue i got them . Though my order came missing 2 joining tape and I had some troubles about that . Nobody of grasswarehouse answered me !

Grass Warehouse makes sourcing the right item for your needs, measuring up and getting the right size and they use a great delivery service. Who knew there are so many choices of 'fake grass' ??! I needed something for my rear courtyard, for a hard surface and pet proof, comfortable to walk on and guaranteed not to look awful in a years time. I found the product easily on this site. Their range is great, the original item I chose was on sale but was not available in the required width. I was directed to alternative options, one of which I chose and is now safely delivered to my courtyard garden. It looks fantastic, the quality is great, so much better than those I have seen on a roll! It looks better than any real lawn I have ever had. The roll was 4m by 2m and heavy, so I was very thankful the delivery people took it through to the courtyard for me. It was easy to prepare the hard surface and lay the fake grass on top. I also purchased the items required to secure it in place. Short of my court yard turning in to a pool in the event of torrential rain, I cannot see it going anywhere. It's guaranteed for years so I will not need to use the company for a while, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future needs.
