Order was sorted very quickly and also arranged to keep in warehouse until we needed it.

No real complaints about the grass itself, it seems to be decent quality and the same as the sample I ordered. I ordered 5m x 5m but as with other reviews I've read I didn't quite get the measurements I ordered. The width was 5m but the length was only 4.7m. luckily for me I accounted for it not being quiet as large as I ordered after reading previous reviews. Just take this into account when ordering or you might run into problems as returning the item comes with penalties and checking the item on delivery is not always practical or possible. Just make sure you read the small print before you order and be prepared to fully measure and inspect the grass before you sign for it.

Fantastic service! Ordered samples, good size and even sent other that fitted what type we were looking at. Spoke with Chris via online chat regarding the service they provide followed by on the phone. Couldn’t have been helpful when ordering our grass. Arrived earlier than anticipated which was great but given plenty of notice of delivery! Grass isn’t down yet but looks good from what we can see!

When we order it said the delvery gonna come on 4-5 days we’ve received the parcel in 3 weeks and payed extra for delivery and the grass quality was very cheap I do not recommend for the price we payed

Good quality product, fairly sedate delivery time, ordered extra of the same grass after and it arrived as a lesser quality product. First time I've had any issues and I've ordered a lot over the years.

After an initial delay due to problem at warehouse a new delivery date was given. The grass turned up on time and the driver kept me notified of their expected arrival time.

The artificial grass came packaged well and looks brilliant once laid.

Ordered 4metre wide by 8 metre grass it’s arrived at 3.9 metres. The fitter has deemed it as useless. It also taken so long to arrive and when it did the two drivers were miserable and unhelpful. Albeit that is SGK distribution. It’s a useless piece of grass that is 10cm out. I’m not very impressed with this company Their delivery process is useless as well I had to wait 10 days and you cannot track the order until the day of delivery but you only find out it’s the day of delivery on the day. So that’s helpful when you work full time. Anyway thank you for a large piece of grass that’s shorter than I ordered and thank you for making me wait ages to get it. I also think the quality of the grass is sub par as well. Thank you for that also. Order number 102907GW
