The company always pass on price reductions when applicable and a monthly detailed usage bill is emailed to the customer. Direct debits are always adjusted in line with usage and as a customer I am always kept up to date. Energy prices are always very competitive.

I've taken out another fixed term tariff with Go To Energy as they are competitively priced, have superior customer service to their rivals, excellent communication and a good online system.

GOTO answer the phone with UK based staff. The website works well and it's easy to find what you're looking for. They support smart meters. The tariff is competitive, I could have saved £30/year by changing to GREEN, but I didn't think it was worth the hassle.

What can one say. The energy was available 24 hours a day as it is with all suppliers. The the main reason one switches supliers is to get a cheaper deal. Octopus was cheaper but only by £1/month which is not worth the bother changing.

I emailed gotoenergy to arrange changing the tarrif on her account. In order to do this I had to show my PoA. I was told I could photograph this document. This was submitted and approved. She has been moved to a better tarrif
