Thank you for understanding the reason I wanted to stay in my usual Tariff, and as I explained, I wasn't prepared to pay £93.00 per month, when I am using the same amount of dual fuel, and we are approximately £200.00 in credit, that can be used to offset against my monthly payments.

I spoke to a most helpful lady, Annie, who arranged to organise my switch for both Electricity & Gas for a Years Fixed Fixed Period commencing 20th July 2021. GoToEnergy have given fairly good customer service, the only gripe I have is that they shouldn't push their option for renewal, by email and telephone, before I can look at the competition. By pushing before the 49 days they are not allowing comparison without penalty.
