Worst customer service ever. The original meter that i had requested for a rental showed online that it was available and ready to ship. After submitting for the rental it then showed it was going to be a week before the rental was available. A week came and went and the meter still did not ship from Global Test Supply. After contacting Global Test Supply they said there was a problem with the meter and would send a similar meter capable of the same performance. It ended up taking over a month from my original request to actually receive the rental meter. Once receiving this "similar" meter it was not capable of performing half of the functions of the other meter and it was sent with damage. One of the CT's insulation was priced and the inner metal banding in the CT was exposed. I called Global Test Supply immediately once I saw the damage. The first person who I was directed too was a sales person because the rental coordinator wasn't available, this gentleman hung up the phone on me. I called back and my call was again directed to a sales person who sent the rental coordinator an email with myself copied on it explaining the damages that I had noted on the device. The rental coordinator never replied to the email or other emails that where sent there after. I ended up using the rental with the damage by placing electrical tape over the damaged area. Save yourself time and frustration, rent or buy from another company.

Edit: I've changed this review to 4 stars as they have compromised with me due to the fact that the item was not labeled as non-returnable on the website. They have refunded half of the cost_ Original Review: The order I placed was extremely slow to arrive, and was incorrect when it finally showed up. They neglect to mention if a product is non-returnable so they wouldn't take the item back. They charged me twice for the same product and will not refund anything. Not worth the insignificant amount of money saved by not using Amazon. Terrible customer service. I'd steer clear of them.

Very pleasantly surprised. I was wary when I came across the item I was shopping for being offered for a significantly lower price. However, my item came shipped as expected and is in perfect condition.

Item delivered was not as advertised (wrong model number was delivered. The actual product did not match the online product page nor the paperwork). Contacted customer service for a refund/replacement but received no response.

The equipment i purchased did not work from the date I purchased it. That is not the problem i have. I had to track down my own way of getting the equipment repaired as when i called where it was purchased, i was given a number in Colorado. They in turn gave me a number to someone in Philadelphia who was not much help either. I called back where i purchased and asked where i could ship the device back to in order to get a full refund, (the equipment was less than 90 days since purchase) They then asked me to ship it back where they could get it repaired. I called 2 weeks later and they advised me that it had been received and i would get an email with what the outcome was with the equipment. That did not happen. I called today and was told I did not have an email address on file and therefore they could not email me and shortly before that happened I got an email from Global Test supply asking me to rate their service. My understanding is the equipment is on its way back and I hope it works when received. I was not totally satisfied with the service or equipment purchased.********************************** UPDATE: I was told by your store in NC that I needed to contact the manufacture at which time they provided me with a number for MEGGER in Colorado. They told me they did not work on that model and gave me a number in Philly of another MEGGER rep. They were not any help as they did not return calls as they said they would or let me know what i needed to do to get the device fixed. I then called your store back in NC and asked how and what i needed to do to get the device back to them for a refund at which time they told me to send it back to their location so they could get it looked at. The process was again very confusing and unnecessary to get the device fixed or replaced. It felt like after the sales was made and deposited, any help that was provided me had to be dragged out. My hope is when i receive the device back, it works as designed.
