Product was as expected when it arrived. Sale price listed was good & fair with free delivery. Initial order stated 7 to 10 delivery days. After order placed & confirmed, received email product would not be shipped for about 15 WEEKS. Product FINALLY arrived about 8 WEEKS after order was placed.

Beware-Read the small print. Global Test Supply will charge you up to 25% for returns. They tried to screw me out of $200. Kept the item and resold on E-bay for full price. Pain in the butt. We live in a world of free returns. Hey Global Test Supply, get with the times or people will simply turn to Amazon.

I had an issue with a testing device that appeared to be slightly used when I received it. It took way too long to receive communication from the company (particularly form the sales department) to resolve the matter. They did not respond "within 48 hours" as indicated in their auto response each time I contacted them. Their follow up was lacking and they did not respond as if they were trying to resolve the matter timely. I ultimately returned the item desiring a full refund as we neared the end of the 30-day return period simply because the failed to resolve the issues timely. It took almost the entire 30-day period to start moving forward on a resolution and then they didn't follow up again to finish resolving the matter. With that, I returned the item not wanting to go past the 30-day return period and having further issues getting a full refund. I addition to trying to talk me into keeping the item or explaining it was not used when it was clearly use (slightly, but used) prior to me getting it, they did not want to pay for my shipping of the item back to them. I do believe it was reasonable for them to pay for the return shipping/new item shipping when they had shipped my a used and questionable item. I hind site, I should have just returned it right away and not have waisted my time sending pictures and trying to correspond to get them to resolve it.

You are asking me to evaluate a company's service when I have not received the item I ordered. This is putting the cart before the horse. I'd say you all need to be more organized in sending out a survey before I can make an honest evaluation. This is why I gave you a 1. The ordering was very good. We'll see how the delivery goes.

I didn’t have any problem using their website and ordering the item that I was looking for. All the information I needed to make the purchase I wanted to make was clearly available on their website I got updates on the status of my order and I felt confident in doing business with this company and would recommend others do business with them and I would do business with them again in the future.

Had problem with online order form. After entering all the information, it would not allow me to enter my zip code (last information on order form). I re-entered all the ordering information three times before I figured out you had to enter zip code first, then go back to the top of the order form to complete it. Came close to not ordering!

I ordered a $2800 Rigid Seesnake Inspection camera from GTS. They had the best price, so I thought. Their Ad clearly shows the items and even in the description of what I expected to be sent. Two distinctly visible and labeled items. Item came in about 10 days as expected. When I opened the box, only one part of my order was sent. Reel, No CA-350 Monitor! I immediately called their 800 #. The one guy Steve said he wasn't able to help since it was near the end of the business day. He took my information and said he would call the warehouse to see about the other item. Monday Am I called, not trusting anyone. I spoke to one guy who was flat out RUDE. He couldn't shut up long enough to even HEAR my issue. Call was dropped, HMMM! I called back again. A different guy. Said he would look into it. Sensing I am getting swept under a rug here. Late monday the same day I called a different number and spoke to yet another person. My take on this is; there is no real clue as to what gets ordered ( from them as a third party buyer is what the really are ) from their website to what you will actually receive weeks after they have taken your $$$. Their staff has no real reporting to anyone of a customer order error. Other then to repeat the mantra. "Let me check with the Manufacture". What should the manufacture have to do with THEIR website Ad and a proper shipping index? Thank fully I payed through PAYPAL. I filed a claim with PAYPAL Quickly. Only way to have any protection from an internet seller with a checkered {reviews'} pattern of improper orders. READ some for your self. I will update this review to see where their service team goes with my $2800! You have been WARNED!

Order parts and received some parts but not the part I needed .They said they could not get the 1part so the other parts are worthless to me. Now they tell me they are non returnable.
