The whole ordering process was easy following the guidance offered. The laptop arrived within 2 weeks, it looked brand new and works as well as a new high spec laptop. The 3 year warranty offers the security i wanted and in the worse case scenario it stops working after this, it would still be a bargain. Highly recommended.q
Recommended to me by a few previous customers, the ease of ordering was shockingly easy, few clicks and it's ordered. One thing I will say is they had a delay on parts for my machine, this wasn't communicated to me and I had to chase a couple of times. Machine itself is superb and the price is amazing, would've been 5 stars all day long if they'd been honest about the delay
Took a couple of weeks to arrive. But were quick to explain the delay. When the laptop arrived is was well packaged and as new. The upgraded specs make it fabulous value and I added the 3 year warranty for peace of mind. Couldn't ask for better service really.

I ordered my laptop after seeing a recommendation from a friend on Facebook. Although it took a little longer than expected to be delivered when it came I was impressed. The laptop is a Dell. In its original form it was a £800+ unit however it had been seriously upgraded. Ram cpu and hard drive all replaced. It’s very fast and better than new. Well worth what I paid. Very happy
Very nice, very fast laptop, used for 2 weeks and still very happy with it. The only problem I had was with delays in delivery took 3 weeks to get it, but it was well explained and I was kept informed.
After my personal laptop broke down, I was in search of a high-spec laptop which I can use it for multiple purposes. I came across gadget centre with extremely good reviews giving me an option to customise the specs of my laptop without breaking my bank. I selcted the highest spec available and the quote was good as well. They are facing delays due to backend supplies which delayed the delivery of laptop but still they managed to address my request and ship a laptop. They sent out an email stating the delay reasons. The laptop i recieved was a Dell (which was my request) and it has been professionally refurbished. it was packaged very nicely and with good amount of information about the device. They have applied a carbon fibre skin on the top and mouse pad to give a new feel factor hiding the usage marks. The laptop has been cleaned and is ready for its 2nd Life with upgraded specs. The device is working as expected. Highly recommend the team!
Very impressed with our purchase. For a reconditioned laptop it looks brand new and functions far better than other similar laptops in the office. The recycling is also a positive to the environment rather than discarded devices heading straight to landfil

Don’t you just hate it when you get the ‘blue screen of death’ on your laptop? I know I do. And when my local repair guy told me it was absolutely terminal, well you can probably guess how I was feeling. I went back to using my ancient HP laptop. It was so slow that one could literally make a cup of tea or coffee in the time it took to boot up. Well, I struggled with this situation for a few months. Then I started getting ads on Instagram for a company called Gadget Centre. I couldn’t believe that what they claimed was true. So I did some research online, checked out their website and compared their prices to what was being charged locally. After about six weeks I took the plunge and ordered from them. The process was as easy as promised. There was a delay because of problems with shipping parts from China. I know this because they told me promptly as soon as it became clear that this was going to cause problems for their customers. When the laptop arrived, I must say that I was, and still am, delighted with it. I got a Dell that’s super quick with lots of memory. Today, I received an email reminding me that I have a 60 day warranty which includes FREE laptop repairs (parts & labour all included), and FREE replacements with another working laptop when a repair is not possible. I highly recommend Gadget Centre. Great refurb, and great customer service!
Despite a short delay in fulfilling the order the laptop is brilliant. Very high quality, exactly as ordered, packaged carefully and worked perfectly out of the box. Impossible to tell that it isn’t new! And everything at such a great price. I’m just about to order another for my brother!

Tried to call for information about ordering a laptop from them and faced the same issue with no answer. I then decided to check trustpilot as I felt like this may be a scam of some sort. I’m really happy I did as I can see the many of you who faced more terrifying scenarios. I will be using other means of being green.
Placed order, got confirmation email with expected delivery time,... no laptop, emailed when should it be coming, got email back with a preprepared letter, "oh didn't you get this letter, we've sent it out to ALL our customers, ... it's at least a two week wait, maybe..." Now I am trying to get a refund, suddenly delivery is much sooner, but still can't refund. If I had know it was going to be weeks, then I could have worked around the delay, but the complete lack of communication, and less than, how shall I say this, up front and 'accurate' communication, is more than frustrating. Ok, maybe they are taking money from online orders and then placing orders for parts from China, hence the reason for the delays, which other customers are complaining about, but at least be upfront about it!
