Can't fault Gadget Centre in any way at all. Value for money and service exceptional. Ordered a Lenovo Thinkpad for my son who is about to start A levels. It's the same spec as my work laptop which retails at over £2000. The laptop from Gadget Centre was £515 including a 3 year warranty and free delivery. It's like new, incredible. Service is excellent. The rubber Trackpoint cap came off somehow and he's lost it. I emailed Gadget Centre and they are sending a new one. How good is that? Thoroughly recommended.

While there was a delay in the supply, the comms were great and explained why. Luckily I wasn't in a rush. The bootup speed is fantastic, I chose a high spec for speed with plenty of ram which was a good choice. I installed everything I needed with no fuss, so I'm happy overall and would use this company again. My only slight niggle was the lack of an HDMI slot which I discovered too late when I was about to do a presentation to a projector... my fault for not checking... now I've looked into it I can see there is a more up-to-date displayport port, so now I've ordered an adaptor to use in places where that cable connection isn't available, so an easy enough solution.
My new laptop is outstanding and when I say new I know it’s not but it arrived in immaculate condition. It was easy to load up with all my data transferring in on windows 11. The whole experience of purchasing from the Gadget Centre was easy and their product is simply first rate I highly recommend them.

Bought 2 together for boys off to university. It was great that both laptops were the same manufacturer and spec, nice touch by Gadget Centre to avoid any arguments! Good specs and build, good updates on build and delivery status and arrived before they headed off to university, so all good!

Fantastic fast Laptop. There was a 1 week delay to the order but this was communicated early and the reasons given clearly (supply chain problem). It then arrived on time with the new date. The Laptop is faster than new ones 3 times its cost. You could never tell that it is reconditioned.
We have purchased two laptops this year and would definitely recommend this company! The customer service is excellent. Our last order was running late due to waiting for parts and had been purchased as a gift. I contacted the company to check on delivery and explain the need for it to arrive by a certain date and the response I had back was polite, helpful and positive. Both laptops arrived Incredibly well packaged and tracking was great.

The laptop I received was a Dell. Absolutely as new and working perfectly. I thoroughly recommend Gadget Centre, from my experience there is no way to get a decent laptop at better value for money.
I ordered a laptop for my daughter for university. I was dubious at first because the price was a fraction of the high street shops. There was a delay due to parts but communication and customer service was top notch. It arrived with a few extra bits ( mouse, mouse pad and usb hub) . My daughter is delighted as it is much higher spec than she expected. I would highly recommend and definitely use them again!

Additionally, the service provided from start to delivery was excellent. Also paid for a 3 year warranty and feel content that should it be needed the service will be good. Great Company.
