I bought my laptop from the Gadget Center and it works a dream. It starts in a few seconds and to be honest I've never had a laptop this powerfull. I thought it sounded too good to be true and at times I did disbelieve, but great piece of kit at a great price. I had the i7 with maximum everything and 3 years warranty. God knows how they do it, but thankful 🙏

Cannot fault the service and quality of the Laptop received from The Gadget Centre. Exactly as ordered, excellent quality and the speed of boot up and loading/use of programs is outstanding.

Although my computer arrived extremely quickly, I have had a lot of issues with this re-furbished computer since purchased. The issues have continued and they vary between the computer being permanently in a save state for word documents and pages randomly opening up. The biggest issue is that you just are unable to contact them by phone and it always needs to be email which is not great. It has certainly put me off buying refurbished again and I would never deal with this company again

Great service, website easy to use to select which processor, RAM etc you want, laptop supplied was a Toshiba satellite Pro with a carbon fibre wrapped lid, very happy with the product and a great way to save money and recycle at the same time. Highly recommend these guys.

Very pleased with my purchase of a refurbished laptop from the Gadget Centre recently. Ordering was straightforward. Communications from the Gadget Centre were clear, confirming the order and keeping me updated on progress. The laptop arrived within the indicated timescale. It was well packaged and protected from knocks in transit. Getting started was easy and the laptop seems to be performing exactly as I hoped it would. Having been a bit uncertain and anxious about how things would turn out I'm really pleased with this purchase and would definitely go down this route again.

Didn't know what to expect but I'm very happy with my laptop. Have had it for just over 2 months & all is good. Very happy with the performance, the speed & definitely the price. There are a few marks on the bottom, so you are aware of it being 2nd hand but the top cover, the screen and the keyboard is all good. Very happy.

After initial huge delay and only getting automated responses- due to illness it seems, I received the machine. I would give the machine 5 stars. Spiffing condition, well set up and overall excellent value for money. Initial rating was 1 star - for poor communication which is important to get right in these days of Internet scams.

I'm always wary of things that look cheaper than they should, so I ordered, and paid for, my replacement laptop with some trepidation. I needn't have worried! It arrived within a week, slightly exceeding my spec. The box was an old HP ProBook, Windows 7 era, but updated with the insides now containing 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD, Intel Core i7, Windows 11 and free LIbre Office. Total cost £375. I'm more than happy and have no hesitation in recommending The Gadget Centre.

Saw a youtube short video so checked them out. Looked great so placed an order. Took about 8 days to arrive. As they advertise the speed of their products I checked this and it was as described. Really fast and continues to be so even after I've added extra software and files. I maxed out the specification to make sure I got the best I could choose, and it cost £420 all in for a pretty much new condition refurbished laptop with a 3 year warranty. The same spec and warranty in that well known retailer beginning with C? Over £1K. I dealt with that retailer 6 month ago and the experience was awful, so to not have to deal with them again is also a bonus. This is a great option. With laptop the name on the box is irrelevant. It's all in the components and how it's configured. I've already recommended them to others and will use them again!

Ordered a laptop from these folks. Only issue was it took slightly longer to arrive than stated but as soon as I contacted them they were straight on it and sent a helpful and very apologetic email, and my laptop arrive shortly after in excellent condition and has given me no problem.

Took longer to arrive than was advertised, but was expertly packed and works as it should, except a small concern I had was with the sound buttons not working. I found out that I had to use the fn button with them. The laptop is an old model, but in good condition. Very pleased with the purchase.

I received my laptop over 2 weeks ago and am over the moon with it. I got a fairly high-spec machine (i7, 16gb RAM, 250gb SSD etc.) for just £300 and it looks brand new. I have been stung ordering over the internet in the past but trust me Gadget Centre are the real deal - I couldn't be happier!

Needed a laptop to carry on working whist on holiday, so ordered a top spec from Gadget Centre was a bit dubious at first as had been fleeced by advertisers on Facebook before but these guys are great, the laptop looks new and very rapid i7 processor, 16 Gb ram and 1 Tb ssd harddrive £400 can't fault it. Very satisfied full marks.

I have small collection of laptops the latest one is now a few years old & feeling its age. Slow & grumpy. So I started to shop around for a new laptop. Something quick with a decent amount of storage. I looked at all the usual suspects. Read all the techie reviews. They all come at a bit of a price. Trawling through Facebook I came across "build your own laptop" Great marketing sucks you right in. The Gadget Centre website is easy to use. All the component parts are listed under their specific headings. Click on your own choice spec. There are lower end & higher end specs to suit your own specific requirements. I went for the higher end & I am not disappointed. I have a laptop that looks like new, performs like new. I have had the kit a few weeks now & it has literally saved me hours, it is phenomenaly fast. I would not hesitate to recommend Gadget Centre. If you want a top end performance at a low end price Gadgent Centre is for you.

Bought a i7 500gb ssd laptop with 16gb ram for £256 for my son. It has 3 year warranty for all parts and labour. It took a bit longer to arrive than advertised, but still less than 2 weeks. Communication with there customer service was impossible. When I enquired about the delay, no one was answering the phone. However, the laptop arrived, well packaged and everybody is happy. Would recommend if you want a good spec for a fraction of the cost.
