Very happy with my daughter's laptop, less than half the price of a new one with similar specs and it arrived in great condition. The carbon wrapping was an unexpected bonus and makes it look really sleek!

I HIGHLY recommend this company! Their website was very easy to follow when I was choosing the various 'top of the range' components to make up the laptop I required, and the price I paid, saved me a LOT of money if I was to try and get this same specification from 'Retail Shops' or 'Online.' As for the delivery, the laptop arrived 72 hours later, very well packaged and I was amazed to see the condition as being as good as brand new!! Positives: The speed of this laptop is lightening fast and after several weeks of daily use, everything is still working perfectly and I cannot find any 'negatives' to report. I will certainly use 'Gadget Centre' again.

Received my laptop within 5 days of ordering. Spec was exactly as requested it's an old Dell laptop but is very clean and very fast! Came well packaged and delivered by dpd who I've always rated highly. Really pleased with it. Great spec for half what I would have paid for a new one.

Excellent laptop, ordered on June 28th, delivered July 2nd. Ordered the smallest they do so it's suitable for travelling. Laptop is in good condition and very speedy. This is the second machine we have ordered, the first to replace my husbands old and very slow asus laptop. We had a small problem with the first laptop but were sent a freepost label to return it. It was duly repaired and returned to us without a quibble. Very happy with the service we have received. At less than half price for a similar new machine we are very happy.

Laptop great, turn round time very good. Would have given five stars but for being asked for £70 to secure a 15inch screen. Despite a previous email when I was told to just ask. Probably wouldn't have used them for that reason.

As a ex computer engineer thats worked on mainframe systems, networks and PC's right from the mid 1960's I had no qualms about buying a refurbished laptop from The Gadget Centre. Many laptops are bought by corporations and changed frequently after little use. The Dell Laptop supplied to me by The Gadget Centre is in as new condition with hardly a scratch on it, For £360 with a new mouse and USB extender its brilliant value for money. I have extensive past experience of Dell products; they are generally reliable and fitted with high quality components. The device supplied suits my needs as these days being retired my usage is mostly confined to internet surfing, photo editing and general use.

A fine laptop for far less money than I would have had to pay for a new one. And delivered by a courier who actually knocked my door instead of just dumping the parcel somewhere. I'd definitely recommend, and I'd go to them again. Cheers.

I decided to use The Gadget Centre based on the reviews I had read on Trust Pilot. Let me tell you, I am not disappointed. I picked all the specifications I desired (32GB RAM, 1TB storage etc) and placed my order - At a very reasonable price! This included that the laptop would be used for light gaming. Jake from the Customer Service team contacted me to say that I could upgrade to a workstation laptop with a built in GPU for a fee, however there was no pressure applied to do this, he provided me all the information I asked for and in the end I decided to go ahead with the upgrade. It took around 10-14 days from placing the order to receiving the laptop. I have been using this laptop for a few weeks now and I have to say it is the best laptop I've ever owned. The model is a Dell Precision 7520. The processing speed is unreal, it has completely changed the gaming side of it. I also took out the 3 year warranty as it is a very reasonable price. A refurbished laptop, designed to my specifications, reasonably priced and the best laptop I've ever had. Oh, and to top it off, it's good for the environment. I don't think I'll ever buy brand new again. Thanks guys!

Specified a laptop and "took a chance" on the 14in-15.6in screen size category delivering me a laptop with the larger end screen. The laptop arrived and was perfect in every way, apart from the screen size on reflection was too small. After a brief dialogue about trying to get a larger sized screen, decided to return. The company were EXCELLENT about this, communicated very quickly, refunded very quickly and were incredibly polite and helpful in all correspondence. Honestly, you can't ask for me, especially when they are out of pocket in terms of the returns costs etc. First class, would have no hesitation in the future at buying from them after this experience.

Excellent communication from Gadget Centre and the price I paid for a top spec laptop was very competitive to that of likewise companies. Although it was a refurbished model you wouldn't have thought so as it looked pristine and performed just as quick as any model with the same specs at a much higher price than the one I purchased from Gadget Centre. I would most certainly deal with this company if I needed another laptop. Professional outfit from start to finish.

I needed a new laptop as mine is not Win11 compatible. Found Gadget Centre on line and went for it. Received my laptop as promised and its great, fast and well speced.

My husband and I have both been in the market for a new laptop for quite a while. We have been in numerous stores to 'have a look' but as we are both technophobes have always been put off by the mind boggling choice, eye watering prices and pushy sales people. Then we spotted a Facebook advert for the gadget Centre. I have to admit we were a little nervous about ordering online but their reviews were mostly good and the ordering process via their 'build your own laptop' page was super simple - even for us! We ordered two with high spec and they arrived, well packaged, eleven days later. The laptops are far better than we were expecting, you would never guess they are not brand new. They look great, work perfectly, have a three year warranty and cost us less for two than the price of one in the high street stores! Plus, we have saved two laptops from ending up in landfill. If you are looking for a new laptop, don't hesitate ordering off these guys.

Great product, fantastic service. Online purchase but followed up with personal contact re a couple of small but important technical points. Laptop arrived in super condition works super fast. Very pleased so far.
