Great value Dell rebuilt laptop. Great service I will be using them again to make one for my daughter when she goes to Uni.

Absolutely spot on! From start to finish The Gadget Centre were great. An easy to navigate website, where I chose exactly the spec I wanted. Communication was fabulous; they let me know they were running a little behind with deliveries following an influx of orders (fair enough and good for them!) I received my laptop well packaged and with good instructions and some good information on how to set it up as it was a refurbished machine. It actually looked like new and luckily I received a Lenovo which I'm used to, bonus! Everything is spot on and it works perfectly and for half the price of one from retailers or big names in the field. Well done Gadget Centre. Highly recommended to anyone needing to replace their tired laptop.10/10

I have been really pleased with my new laptop. It arrived promptly and I had it unpacked and running within minutes. It runs very well and I am very pleased with it's performance. It has a really good finish and is very clean, (like new). Thoroughly recommend The Gadget Shop.

I contacted the Gadget centre after they were recommended by someone on a photography group I'm in, and me needing a new laptop. After looking at their website, I emailed with a couple of questions regarding the specifications I'd need. They were very quick in replying and very thorough with their advice. I ordered online, using the 'build your own laptop' and the advice given. It arrived today (just a week since I ordered) and it's fantastic. Extremely high spec for the price I paid. I'm not very computer savvy, but the programmes installed, and the set up advice installed are superb! And a 3 year warranty! I would definitely highly recommend. Thank you Jake and team.

Hi, First time ive used these guys for a laptop. Saw them on facebook and thought, this dont really look legit. Bought the laptop and a lot of talking back and forth with Jack, a technician who helped me out a lot. I will see in a few weeks when i get the laptop once the make it and ship it out.

I have purchased refurbished tech before and have always been more than happy and sometimes surprised with what I have received so this seemed to be the ideal option. Firstly the good; Pricing, delivery and packaging Good Spec (as I paid for) Quick operating system Good battery 14" lightweight design Secondly the not so good; The screen is poor and can only be viewed at a very exact angle when watching video (it's a Dell latitude) Rubber mouse buttons have gone sticky (they are degrading) Sound not great I do get the whole idea of a recycled type item and maybe my expectations were to high for the price I paid. Don't get me wrong, my laptop is quick and the price was good but the casing hides and restricts the operation of it. Also I really wish I'd stuck with Windows 10 too and not this poor version of Windows 11. That is my mistake but I assumed 11 was better than 10. If you want a cheap low to mid spec laptop for browsing and the basics then I think you will be more than happy and I would definitely recommend the Gadget Centre. If you want a higher spec item you might just find yourself with that spec of laptop trapped within a lower spec case and with below spec screen and sound. At the end of the day my experience with the Gadget Centre was okay but I was slightly disappointed.

My son's 11-year old MacBook gave up the ghost and so we got a high spec laptop with a bigger screen and three year warranty at a quarter of the price of a new MacBook. The Gadget Centre laptop looked brand new and my son loves it.

I ampleased to report sfe delivery of my order and everything has been transferred from my old machine. So far, everything is working as it should be, although I've had to make a few tweeks here and there. This is nothing to do with the laptop, more to do with transfer software. The actual machine looks as if it is new, so no complaints. It has enabled me to upgrade my machine to a high spec at a fraction of the cost. The order process was smooth and I was kept informed of progress. I had added a few extra specs and so the time taken was quite acceptable.

Bought a laptop from the Gadget Centre recently and very happy with it. The laptop looks brand new even though it's a fairly old model and works like a dream. All the specs are as I requested for a lot less expense than a brand new machine. Overall, pleased with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this company.

Took the plunge after looking around for several weeks. Got an A1 high spec laptop without the high price. Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. Laptop looks brand new and runs perfectly. I would highly recommend these guys, great all round. The communication was top notch also.

My wife alerted me to Gadget Centre, and I'm so glad she did. The value their service represents is one thing, but the common sense that it makes in terms of used tech not ending up in landfill and becoming part of the problem but instead being part of the solution is the icing on the cake of it all. On top of that they seem to be genuinely nice people. I got a refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad from them at way under the price I would have paid at one of the well known outlets - and on top of that I got the spec I wanted without any of the bloatware I would have ended up with had I gone to "laptop universe" or the "Hurry-up-and-pay-us-and-get-outta-here" place that rhymes with Fictions. I had a short correspondence with one of the engineers there around some concerns I had (unfounded, as it happens) but he never made me feel like I was wasting his time or being a pain. I intend to recommend the Gadget Centre to everyone I come across who is looking for an upgrade or an alternative to being blinded by tech talk and ending up with a bunch of stuff they don't need clogging up their device. They asked me what I needed my laptop for and built it to do the job, and I'm dead chuffed with the quality, and the warranty. These people are the future. Thank you, Gadget Centre.
