Great service and laptop appears to be u u op. Just getting used to it as now using Windows 11. Had several queries before purchase and these were all answered efficiently. Also given advice as to whether I should go for a separate video card or integrated. Only down side was that I couldn't contact by phone, but email answered quickly

I had been watching reviews online for some time wondering if it was too good to be true. I eventually took the plunge and ordered a top spec modern slimline lap top at a very competitive price. I had the laptop within two weeks and I was certainly not disappointed. Some tiny marks on the shell but nothing to get concerned about. The lap top is an absolute flying machine and does everything my old laptop did except faster. I included a warranty with mine and it was still a very competitive price, I would recommend the gadget centre to anyone thinking of getting a replacement laptop.

Poor customer service. Laptop not as described - W11 not compatible with machine / no hdmi port. Lack of contact - sighting "we are busy". Ended up taking them to County Court where I was described by the owner as being an opportunist (despite upholding my consumer rights). The owner likened the purchase of a laptop from them as being akin to the "purchase of a second hand pair of shoes - you can't expect it to be perfect". I obviously won my case. A real shame, I like the idea of being green but the poor attitude and lack of customer service let this company down.

I liked being able to specify every aspect of my new laptop. Great service and quick reply to email queries. Laptop is as specified and was simple to set up. Would definitely use Gadget centre again and will definitely recommend to others.

I worried about ordering from the gadget centre having seen some reviews about bad battery performance on the laptops, but with my 12 year old laptop failing I needed a new one sharp The order did take slightly longer to come than advised but on contact I was told they were having high orders combined with staff shortages, the bank holiday weekend didn't help either. Laptop arrived with a hole in the package, again i contacted and had a prompt reply saying to let them know if there were any issues with the laptop and they would replace for free if there were. thankfully there weren't and I am very happy with my purchase. Will happily buy from them again when it comes to getting laptops for my kids.

This is the second laptop I have purchased from gadget centre. I was satisfied with both of them. I think it is a good way to get a high spec laptop without it costing the earth

I purchased a laptop from the gadget centre and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was as good as they said it would be. Upon arrival I noticed a small issue and immediately contacted the gadget centre who asked me to return the laptop to them free of charge for them to fix. From the day I returned it to the day I received it back was just one week with the issue fixed. I am more than happy with the laptop and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Easy to build your own PC on the Gadget Centre site. Purchase and delivery arrived as promised within a week. I did a comparison with a Microsoft laptop with same specification as I wanted which would have cost me more than double what I paid with Gadget Centre. Laptop is great and does everything as I need. I have recommended to friends to try out GC as well.

The service was gold plated. And the laptop I ended up with was better than I ever expected, might as well have been brand new and was one third of the price of a new one. Plus it was customised by me, not off the shelf. I highly recommend

This was my first time using Gadget Centre and I am pleasanlty surprised. The laptop was great value and super fast and runs better than I expected.

Slight issue with slow communication regarding delivery but didn't impact the overall service. Laptop itself is in mint condition and blistering performance. Definitely would recommend to anymore looking for a replacement laptop.

I have purchased 3 laptops for my grandchildren and then when my 4 year old ASUS machine started misbehaving I bought one for me: half the price of the ASUS and MUCH better in terms of spec and performance. Brilliant service, fantastic value. Only regret…. I have another 2 grandchildren who will shortly need computers so it gets expensive!!!!

Ordered laptop on 16th March, was shipped on the 22nd. All good so far and actually quite swift. The laptop arrived but had some scratches on the screen, so sent it back for replacement. Here started the nightmare. They received the laptop back in early April. No news for a week. Emailed to ask them for a refund as I had not heard back. Mid-April, they apologetically replied that they were short staffed and had increases in orders, so had a backlog, and they asked whether I still wanted to continue with the cancellation. They said that my laptop was being prepped they were aiming to ship the same week. Decided to give them a second chance, and told them to still go ahead with the replacement. No news again until end of April, so I emailed again to ask for an update. They said that my laptop was being cleaned and was going to be shipped the next day. A week later, still no news, so I have asked for a cancellation and a refund. I am sure that most customers are satisfied with their experience, personally I feel like I have been lied multiple times. It's almost two months after my first order and still have not received a working laptop.

My second laptop from Gadget Centre. Again an excellent laptop, top performance, top service from the company. Can’t praise them enough, and a great way to reduce landfill. 10 out of 10.

The main thing for me, aside from receiving a great product, top spec., exactly as ordered and delivered in a timely manner, has been the ongoing support and customer service to deal with a couple of minor software glitches we initially experienced. Cannot fault the response time to my emails and the obvious patience needed in dealing with my queries, therefore I have absolutely no issues in recommending Gadget Centre to anyone looking for a top product with genuine support and customer service.

Don't hesitate, Great laptops, great for the environment and great service. Truly worth every penny!
