I'm lost for words, I purchased a laptop from GC a few months back, I was very pleased. Unfortunately, after several weeks, the laptop suffered some damage on my end NOT GCs fault. Completely my fault. But I did reach out to GC to see if they could help me, I arranged to have it posted back and hoped for the best. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to help me, recover programmes and data that was saved. I'm blown away. Thank you Gadget Centre!

Having read the reviews online and the reasonable delivery times I went ahead to get my wife a laptop for her course. Within the three days of construction time we had an email saying their shipment from China was delayed. This coupled with increased demand seem to have caught them out. I raised a query asking why some of this information couldn’t have communicated at the time of order. It’s now 3 days and counting as to when I might get a reply.We are now being told it will be 14 to 21 days longer than stated delivery times. Let’s hope the laptop quality redeems the situation and the poor service so far.

"Reading between the lines", staff holidays and an apparent increase in business activity gave rise to a lack of communication and a slower than normal delivery, but still pleased with the overall service and of course, the laptop, which looks like new.

Chose a spec I needed, simple to do, so easy to navigate around the site and well packaged upon receipt of delivery. Will recommend you guys to anyone looking to buy a cheap laptop.

So far no complaints and works quite well but one gripe is the I7 chip is an 8th gen which I am told by my IT expert friends is an old chip from 2017 so may struggle in the future. GC need to be more open about this.

Really pleased with my Gadget Centre purchase. The laptop looks as good as new. For what it is, the price is really good. Had to wait a little longer than expected. Understandable though and it wasn't that long. Customer service and communication is great. Prompt response to my email. I highly recommend.

Ordered on July 31st due to high demand delivered August 19th. I sent an email requesting an update on order which responded to the same day explaining the slight delay. The lap top is everything I wanted a vast improvement on my 13 year old model.

Computer looks brand new, high spec, very quick. Initial problem with screen but was sent back FoC and returned inside a week. There is no way I could have afforded a laptop with this spec. from a major retailer. A bit wary at first buying this way, but I needn’t have worried.

I was a bit sceptical at first, but took the plunge. However, I had to wait a lot longer than originally informed, after a couple of enquiries about the dispatch finally received a very pleaing lap top. Full marks for their prompt email responses could have Improved with realistic delivery timing.

Very happy with the laptop. Excellent condition and could not beat the price. Delivery slightly longer than expected, however, Gadget Centre communicated that, unlike some of the big names I have purchased from. The 3 year warranty was cheaper than I expected, so all things considered, a great experience. If you're thinking if giving them a go, don't hesitate!

Received my laptop 2 weeks ago. It's been superb. Well worth the money for the top specs that I selected. Initially I had a couple of questions, and I emailed Gadget Centre. They replied promptly and politely, and answered all my queries. Can't praise them enough, and I'll definitely recommend them to others, and use them again myself in the future. I'm very happy with my new laptop. It's built on a 2018 Dell latitude base which are nice machines. It has 32gb or Ram, and Intel Core i7 processor and 1tb of space. This thing is a workhorse, and it cost me just over £500 with a 3 year warranty. Plus, as an advocate for repairing over replacing, I'm delighted to have a refurbished laptop.
