I get the impression from the small number of bad reviews for this company that they have occasionally been victims of their own success. Shall firm, lots of orders, problems occur. Me? I can’t fault them. I am now the owner of a cracking Del Laptop for WAY less than I would have paid new. I would recommend them to anyone, and I thoroughly intend to.

The ability to spec up a PC and the have it delivered 5 days later at a reasonable price was fantastic. The same spec brand new was at least 3 times the price. Can't fault them and the new machine is perfect.

Great company and service. I was looking for a new laptop and came across The Gadget Centre through a Facebook ad. I ordered a new laptop which arrived in just over a week. I received a Lenovo Thinkpad, which I did not like very much. I contacted Gadget Centre and was contacted by Jake, who explained I could return the laptop and they would send a more suitable one. Once the Lenovo was received by the Gadget Centre, it only took another week for me to receive a Dell Latitude. This laptop is exactly what I was looking for and I am very pleased with it. The Gadget Centre, especially Jake who I contacted several times, and Blake who offered to help with a software issue (which was over and above the level of support he could offer), were both really helpful. I have now had my Dell computer for over a week and am very happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a computer to the specifications required. I purchased a laptop from the gadget centre about 3 weeks ago. It was specified exactly as i requested. Its quick on start up, battery life is good, build quality is excellent , I would recommend people to look at the GC for a very competitive price and excellent customer service.

Got a practically new laptop, made to my own specification, for a fraction of the price of a new one. Speedy delivery and great customer communications. Would not hesitate to order from the Gadget Centre again.

I've had my laptop for a couple of weeks now. And I must admit I'm impressed. Downloads take a lot less time to do now. The storage is fantastic as I went for the 2tb option. So plenty there. It's a great idea reusing old laptops that would end up on the scrap heap. I would recommend this company 100%

Stumbled upon this little independent company via accident, but so glad I did. You can build your laptops spec to suit your needs online. I built mine for DJing and music production and was a refurb which I got for an absolute bargain. Laptop turned up with 10 days and works perfect. Highly recommend.

I bought a small laptop for my wife as she has a habit of trying to juggle with them and dropping them on the floor. The laptop is great and very quick, the setup was very easy, there was a small issue with the charger provided, but this was dealt with very efficiently & quickly and we had a replacement in the post in a couple of days. The build and despatch time were a couple of days more than advertised but this was due to increased orders from the online marketing. So, very happy with the product, but happier with the way and speed that little issues were dealt with.

Received within 10 days, safely packaged. Fully met the specifications requested at the time. My preferred make was HP but received Dell which was perfectly acceptable to me. Couple of marks on case and touchpad key is visibly well-used and charger a bit big and ugly but this does not affect functionality. Able to use straight out of the box and no bloatware - result! Very fast. One suggestion would be to be an option to specify whether a separate number pad is required. It was only when I received a model with an integrated alpha / numeric keyboard that I realised how much I used a number pad. Chose to have reassurance of a 3 year warranty I would definitely use Gadget Centre again.

Very good overall.... ordered online to preferred spec and had it a few weeks now. No issues and a lot faster than the old one I had and a damn site cheaper Not new but as good as so far👍🏻

When one specs a laptop on the website, one states what kind of jobs it is going to be used for. I was contacted by the Gadget Centre to say that they had a few laptops in stock with inbuilt graphic processing units and that one of them might better do the tasks I had in mind. There was no hard sell about it and I was left to make my decision. Eventually I did buy one with a GPU and I was very impressed with it. The charger was faulty and I was swiftly sent a brand new one as a replacement, along with apologies. I have a top of the line laptop for a fraction of the high street prices that are being charged and I am a very happy customer.
