The ordering process is the first great thing - I felt able to specify one feature, go away and research the next feature, and then specify again - feeling in control and not as if I was being 'sold to'. It was as unscary and easy to control as ordering a meal from an interactive screen in a burger bar. I felt I was in the safe hands of people who knew what they were talking about and what their capabilities were, rather than salespeople. I've had my refurbed Dell machine for nearly a month. I've held off on writing this until I'd had a chance to use it for Zoom. Yeah, it's great - fast, quiet, uncluttered, a decent camera that makes me look human, and it plays nicely with my printer. It met my spec for about half of what I thought I would have to spend.

Was looking for a new laptop for my wife. Wanted something with a bit of modern "poke" but didn't really have the budget for a four-figure purchase. The algorithms were working, though, and started to see ads for Gadget Centre in my FB feed. Did some research, looked like a great idea with clearly laid-out methods (and reassurances), so decided to give it a try... for considerably less than half the cost of a similar spec new device... ...and it's brilliant! definitely seems totally fit for purpose and doing what was promised, and with the reassurance of a multi-year warranty (still part of that great initial price) we're more than happy.

I saw the advert on Facebook and I was a bit sceptical as there are so many scams on there but I thought I would check them out and it all looked genuine, I read several reviews so took the plunge, placed my order and waited a bit longer than advertised but WOW when it arrived I was well pleased, looks like new and extremely fast with the latest version of Windows, so simple to setup as the have an to guide you through setting up, I'm over the moon, thanks Gadget Centre definitely recommend you 5 stars all the way.

I just tried out my refurbished Dell laptop with new drive, battery speakers and component repair. It looks brand new and works better than ever. The service is excellent and attention to detail impeccable. I will never buy a brand new laptop again.

Order was procesed in a timely manor despite being over a weekend and bankholiday. The laptop arrived more than adequately package to prevent damage in transit. It was as I had ordered and the met the spesifications I had asked for in the order. It was clean with very little sign of previous use. I am very pleased with it and was particularly pleased when \i discovered it would run from an external powerbank.

I would 100% recommend the Gadget Centre. Refurbished laptops to your own spec, wonderful customer service and ethical. What's not to love!

It was very easy to spec up the laptop that I wanted, and as a bonus I received a Lenovo Thinkpad. Good contact via email and saved a lot of money. Delivery took about a week after discussing options. The warranty period of 3 years is awesome, where else would you get that. the laptop was spotless you would never know that this is a refurb, and yes I would buy from the Gadget Centre again and would recommend.

I am impressed with the quality of the unit (a Dell) and I will spend a lot of time working through new software 😇 But the big plus for me was the time and effort that have made in packaging the product to securely go through the delivery system. Was a concern about how the product would survive transit …but clearly a lot of effort has been put into distribution

Laptop order was placed on 18 May and was kept up to date throughout, laptop arrived very well packed and I am very pleased with build etc. I would recommend Gadget Centre 100% ( have already passed on details to a friend )

Received my laptop today. Looks like brand new. Very near mint condition, and specification is exactly as I asked for. Really pleased with it. Took a couple of weeks to get it delivered, but well worth the wait

So, to begin. I've had this a couple of weeks now. The order process was quick and simple. Plenty of payment options. I chose PayPal for the protection they offer incase it was a scam (ordered after seeing it on Facebook and some of their ads are scams). Although I quickly got an email to say it was being made, I started to worry after not hearing anything after a week. But, it's NOT a scam and it arrived safe and sound. Got the laptop to replace an Apple Mac that runs slower than a racing snail. It's quick to start, quick to run and has loads of storage. I'm very happy with it, so thanks guys!

Superb service, excellent laptop for budget price.

I am very pleased with the speed and the quality of the high spec laptop that the Gadget Centre provided. It was delivered within a week of my order, to the spec requested and with a tremendous saving to buying a new one.

The website gives options to build your own spec of laptop, the screen size is very misleading as it advertised a set price from 14" to 15.6" however if you actually require a 15.6" they want to charge an extra and this could be anything in my case £70.00 extra for a price they already quoted me on, the website should read price is for 14" only any other larger size would require an extra charge and give a set price. I went elsewhere and managed to pick up my exact required spec. Cheaper.
