Was browsing for dining room and living room furniture in the Barnstaple branch and Martin was very helpful. Talked us through everything with a set we really liked. The one improvement I would make is that we'd locked in on the items we wanted, and were given a price for it, and it was only at the very last moment after the sale was made that we were told the items weren't immediately available and would be delivered when in stock. I wasn't able to get even a rough estimate on when availability might be. But overall a very positive experience

Went to Barnstaple store today. Martin was awesome, he helped us decided which table and chairs to buy and gave us some great advice while we struggled to make our decision! A fantastic experience all round 😊

Went into the Newport store to have a browse of their sofas with no real intention to buy on the day. We tried a few out and the sales person Tracy was there to answer our questions. She was very helpful and friendly and gave us the space to browse. We eventually found a sofa we really liked and decided to buy there and then. Tracy was great from start to finish and would happily shop there again!

Tom at Caerphilly branch was very nice and acknowledged everything that I asked. He was very polite and helpful and took time to answer my questions. He seemed a very good salesman.

My wife and l went into the Barnstaple store today looking for a pair of 6’6” long single beds and were greeted by Paul J at the door. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He telephoned the manufacturer and was able to obtain a pair of specially made 6’6” long singles for us at a good price. He really went out of his way help us. Paul J you’re a star and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you or the store in the future. I know where we will shop next time we need furniture. Many thanks.

*Updated review since recieving the product.* Had the Brooklyn extendable table and 4 of the Brooklyn chairs delivered over the weekend and I love them. The chairs come premade, and you only need to attach the legs to the table with a few screws and it is done. So easy and convenient. They are also very well made, solid, and look beautiful.
