We have bought most of our furniture from Barnstaple Furniture Warehouse over the last 30 years. It's good quality and it's good to go in and actually see what you are buying. Martin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he is selling. He encouraged us to lie on the bed and try the mattress support properly

We knew the store had a sale on but Martin came to let us know and gave us a price breakdown as an example then let us browse. I had one question regarding Mattresses and it was nice to not find a sales person in my back pocket as I walk around a store. Martin came over and gave his advice and we didn't feel pressure to take it. Order placed for an alternate mattress more in our price range.

Martin from the Barnstaple store served us today for my daughter to purchase her first sofa and she is special needs and he was just so wonderful- spoke slowly to her as she is deaf and treated her with respect and kindness and like an adult at all times. He was so attentive and then came to us as we were looking for a bed and had so much advice on the mattresses as this was our main issue. With his expert advice and kindness we also bought a fabulous bed. So pleased and happy with his service and as it was our first ever visit having lived here 18 years we are definitely going to return,
