Visited the Barnstaple store again today and was helped once again by Martin. He helped me chose a 2 seat & 3 seat sofa for my living room. There was plenty of choice in store. I wanted a sofa that I could "sit in" rather than "sit on", and its only by trying them that I knew which was the one for me. Martin made me a coffee and I was able to wonder around trying different sofa's in my own time.

My wife and I went into FW Home last week, to be fair the shop from outside does not look to big. We were amazed on entering how big a rang & display they had in store. We were greeted by Paul J really nice and helpful guy, we said just looking around, at which stage he offered us coffee and fresh popcorn, very nice. Having walked around Paul mention an extra 20% off all products marked with red ticket luckily for us both the dinning room set we wanted and bed were in that sale, what luck!. Any don't want to bore you any more but have to say great rang and amazing service. We will return. Forgot to mention we did say we lived in Swindon, Paul replied no problem £49 for all the goods we bought delivered Thanks Martin and Claire

I visited the Barnstaple FW Homestores and was very happy with my experience. The salesman Paul J was very helpful and nice. This is a great place to get furniture and the prices are unbeatable.

Our bed broke this morning, We went to our local Fw store in Barnstaple in the afternoon to see if we could possibly get a replacement bed that afternoon tall ask I know.We needed not had stressed about it once we explained our issue to Martin(his knowledge on beds is amazing). Martin explained what beds they had available We settled on a clearance pocket 2000 wool ottoman set with a matching headboard as it was on clearance we saved over £600 Martin managed to arrange delivery the same afternoon,I am writing this review after a fantastic night's sleep you don't realise how poor your old mattress is until you have a new one thanks again to FW Barnstaple and to Martin who saved the day excellent service *****

Ordered 2 chairs. Arrived damaged. Returned after trying to contact customer services eventually they collected goods and 1 month later still trying to get my money back. I will now open an on line monies claim.

I recently encountered an issue with placing an order on the website, but Andrew's exceptional service turned a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. He was incredibly efficient and helpful throughout the process. When the website failed to work properly, Andrew assisted me in completing the payment over the phone. He meticulously ensured that my order was accurate before finalizing it. Whilst on holiday in Barnstable I visited the Barnstable branch of FW Homestores. I was met by Salesman Paul Jesney who I found to be very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me make the right choice in table lamps! It’s good to still find a lovely store and good old-fashioned service!

Visited the Barnstaple store and assisted by Paul. J. Paul gave advice and help as and when required but absolutely no pushy salesmanship, or pressure to make a purchase, which made the whole experience very pleasant. We did end up buying a new mattress and was even guided to not spend the extra on a delivery as was assured the mattress would actually fit in my car - bonus! and thank you !

Our first visit to the Newport store, where we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. Tracy, the member of staff made us feel really welcome and enquired if we would like a beverage whilst we looked around the store. Once we had completed our tour of the store and chose the item of furniture that we were looking for, Tracy informed us of all the relevant information I.e. delivery time, options of payment etc. On completion of this information we signed the contract and thanked Tracy for her help. We will be back in the future. A satisfied customer.
