Martin at the Barnstaple store was very helpful and knowledgable while purchasing my sofa

I popped into the Barnstaple Homestore as there was a sale on. I was asked several times if I needed help but no one hassled me. In the end Paul J was able to find me the bookcase that I was after because they only had the smaller version in the store. So I bought two because it was a good saving and I think they will both look good in my lounge. Incidentally the store had a further promotion whereby you burst a balloon to see if you got 10% or 15% extra off. It was silly but fun.

Went in again and brought a corner sofa and was seen by David again and like before he was very helpful and gave us a good offer on the sofa we had purchased. I really do highly recommend speaking with David when you go in the Barnstaple store as he really is very helpful and very welcoming!

I went to have a look at what couches and armchairs were in store in Barnstaple, I was assisted by Paul J who was brilliant with advice and help, I ended up finding what I think is the perfect Chair and Couch for me. Thank you Paul.

We visited Newport store and the stuff is really nice and with nice price. Staff is very nice specially Martyn Foster as he gave his 100% to describe every detail of product. And also shown us all stuff . Nice place. Must visit next time !!

Just popped into my local store, with the intention of browsing the collection of dining tables and chairs. I was approached by Paul. I described what I was searching for and he came up trumps. Sale all secured! Will certainly return.

I went into Barnstaple store this morning looking for a new bed. I was adamant I wasn’t leaving the shop till I found the perfect bed for me. I was greeted at the door by a lovely man called Dave. He had great customer service skills, very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and what one would be best for me. I was able to try each bed out and he was able to tell me all of the information at a drop of a pin. Fast ordering process and being delivered within two week. Super excited to receive the bed and to say goodbye to bad backs from on old bed. Would definitely recommend Barnstaple store and Dave if he is on shift. Very happy customer :)

We went to the Barnstaple store and was served by a gentleman named paul . J staff were friendly when we walked in made sure we knew they were there for any help but wernt full on or pushy didnt realise how big the store was had plenty of choice for everyones different tastes also very well priced would highly recommend

Great service Went to Barnstaple store to purchase a sofa - needed one asap due to moving into property and having no furniture. David was very helpful and patient with my young daughter who didn't want to be shopping! David found the sofa I wanted in stock and processed the transaction quickly. Barnstaple store, I would just like to say Thank you again, I was severed by Paul J, as usual the service is really friendly, very helpful to find what you are looking for and efficient, it's lovely to go into a store that isn't pushy and try to persuaded you to spend more than your budget, I've bought many items of furniture from yourselves, not only for myself but for my family members over the years,I have always recommended the store to all my friends and family, they all say the same when they been to your store,very helpful and so friendly, well done everyone and thanks again... I went into FW Home Stores Barnstaple to look at some bedroom furniture as I wasn’t sure what I was looking for and how much it would cost. Paul was very helpful, Informative and friendly showing me the items and what the cost difference between them was! I told him I was in a third housing chain as the previous two had broken down and I was rather anxious to do anything in case the same thing happened. He reassured me and I felt confident to order some items

Tracey (Newport store) was great, provided a great service and helped us get a great deal on the products we liked. She was very patient and most importantly made my mum happy!
