Went into the Barnstaple store to buy a sofa and Paul J could not have been more helpful. He was kind and patient. I would not go anywhere else for my furniture.

Visited the store in Newport. We are furnishing our new home and went into another store nearby to potentially purchase blinds and look at sofa options. After being ignored by staff for 10 minutes we decided to leave and stop in Fw stores. What a difference, got greeted when walking around and Andrew was immediately available for information and to answer questions. Excited about the lovely sofa set we purchased to arrive and we will be back soon for more furnishings.

Me and my partner came into the store for a new sofa, Sharron came over to assist us she was very welcoming, professional and helpful with choosing the perfect fabric and colours. Sharron explained our plan in great detail, it was a painless process. Very happy with our purchase and can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive

We were visited Barnstaple and were served by Paul J.. Paul was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were welcomed and offered a drink. There was no staff member hovering, we were encouraged to take our time to browse and make our choice. The whole experience was very enjoyable.

Tom was very friendly and approachable aswell as very patient. He let us look around and choose what we needed and provided us with all the information we asked for. He was a great help to my mother with her purchases and gave fab advice. The sale was quick and easy and we would definitely recommend. The atmosphere was very friendly and there was no pressure. I really enjoyed looking around the store and noticed how clean and tidy everything was. I was greeted by Paul J when I entered the store and he offered me a drink and asked if I needed any help. Paul took measurements for me of the furniture I was interested in so I could check if it would fit in my new home. I was not placed under any pressure and had a few days thinking about my purchases before going back to make my order. Paul J remembered me and again was very hospitable and helpful, baring with me when I did last minute colour changes! I had a very good experience and would happily shop here again, as I have done in the past.

Sharon was very friendly and very helpful. Shop floor clean and tidy. A really good selection of furniture will definitely shop there again.

Had such a lovely experience buying my sofa. Tracy was fantastic and very helpful. She made my purchase very easy. Unfortunately I bought the sofa right when the manufacturers were going on their summer break so it won’t be delivered for 8 weeks. We popped in to the Barnstaple store yesterday as we were in desperate need for a new mattress. We had our 3 piece suite from here a year ago so they were our first choice of places to check out after receiving good service last time. Paul Jesney served us on this occasion and he was most helpful. He gave us good advice with no pressure to make a purchase. Already recommended to friends and family.

As always a really good interactive sales experience. All questions answered and great rapport that you feel you are being looked after. The shop is clean and well organised and David was just brilliant from beginning to end. We have bought several other items of furniture in the past and David makes every transaction fun and enjoyable. Thanks again WE love shopping at FW Homestores.

Spotted a sofa we liked on our last visit to the Barnstaple store and went back for a serious look! We spoke with David, who is great at answering questions honestly, without a 'hard sell'. He also measured the sofa for us so we could check the dimensions at home and also informed us about extra insurance cover offered (we have pets, including a very excitable puppy!). The easy-care fabric is just what we wanted and the payment plans offered are very good with 0% interest. We have chosen this option and are now counting down the weeks to getting our brand new sofa!

10 years after we purchased our last sofa, David greets us once again with a warm and welcome smile. He has a natural balance of showing interest, answering questions and knowing when to give us space for more time to ponder. Happy customer, I’d recommend and will return when the time comes:)

We bought the Dynasty 3 seater sofa in Nikon Charcoal at the Barnstaple store. David was incredibly helpful without being pushy. We didn't intend to buy anything that day but once David introduced us to this sofa at that price we couldn't say no! He also gave us money off.
