My mother and I visited Newport South Wales FW stores today. I can't say I was looking forward to the experience as mam was looking for a sofa, but while visiting the store I can honestly say it was a really enjoyable experience. Tracey ( Newport store) totally looked after us and gave real good advice. What a lovely lady and a fabulous store definitely 10/10.x

We came across FW Home whilst visiting Barnstaple for the first time and looking for somewhere to browse whilst it rained. What a pleasant surprise to find a fantastic selection of quality furniture and accessories for any home and budget. We walked around at ease with no sales pressure at all, which was a pleasant change! Although not planning to buy we did in fact find a lamp and side table that we fell in love with. We found David was very helpful, including wrapping the 2 items and helping to load the car for us. We will be certainly browsing on line and highly recommend this company for any purchase for the home.

We purchased 2 settees 16 months ago of which the the seat cushions have bobbled, snagged and faded. When raising the issue with FW homestore service team we amazed with their response, "Bobbling: This is not considered a defect or fault. It is a common occurrence with new sofas and typically improves over time. Using a fabric shaver or debobbling brush can help manage this issue. Please be assured that bobbling does not impact the durability of the item and is not deemed a fault. Colour Fade: This is usually caused by friction, where the dye wears off due to fabric rubbing against other surfaces, which can also contribute to bobbling. This is a typical characteristic of fabric wear and tear. This apparently common issue was not highlighted on the day of purchase "not a surprise" as we would have not bought the product . to say we are disappointed is an understatement

Martin was extremely helpful. We were there quite some time making our choices on corner suite, dining table and chairs, there was so much to choose from, Martin supplied coffee (twice) and didn’t pressurise us at all. Will definitely be back to buy our kitchen stools
