Went to the newport store to buy some sofas for my mum who is disabled today, and i have to say what an absolute pleasure this experience was. A lady called tracey looked after my mum completely,kind caring and so helpful and friendly. There was no pressure at all from the sales team. Infact i ended ip niying 2 items from the shop aswell. Highly recomended shop if looking for homeware. Will defo be coming back. Thankyou so much fw homestores.

Amazing customer service. After being let down by Argos I walked into the Newport store, on a bank holiday Monday, looking for a kingsize mattress to take away today. Tracey checked her stock but didn't have anything in the store. Tracey offered to sell me a display mattress at a discount. When I returned with my husband it was shrink wrapped and ready to go. Service this good is hard to find these days. My mattress was a quality product and so comfortable. I purchased a Knolo Orthopedic pocket 2000 kingsize. Thank you so much Tracey!

Great shop at Barnstaple. Lots of items on display, clean and welcoming. Paul J very professional in his approach, was not pushy in selling but extremely helpful in assisting with our decision re dining table and chairs. Competitive pricing for quality goods. Highly recommend.

We have visited FW Homestores in Newport a number of times and was greeted by Andrew who again was friendly, informative and as helpful as ever. We were allowed to roam the store without distraction but if a question was to be asked a member of staff was always available to answer. Two sofas were purchased in style and colour and even arranged delivery we wanted and the whole shopping experience was faultless.

There was plenty of choice when choosing a new dining table & chairs. Martin (in the Barnstaple store) was very helpful in helping us to decide which chairs went well with the table that we chose, allowing us to try different chairs at the table.

The store is laid out with a substantial amount of stock. I had looked online prior to my visit but actually found something more suitable in the store

Just purchased the New England dining table and chairs. Andrew at the Newport Langland way store was great. Very helpful and patient with all my questions about chairs, sizes etc. Made a lovely cup of hot chocolate for my little but too Thanks Andrew
