Great store with a wide choice of sofas. Found exactly what we were looking for. In store service from Martin at Barnstaple was great, he explained all of our options well and processed our order efficiently. Would definitely recommend. Just looking forward to getting my new sofas now.

An update... I agreed for a technician to inspect the furniture at a cost to me of £60. The technician was critical of the design and the fact you couldn't rotate the seat pads. He spent 30 minutes manipulating the foam into shape, he had his arm forced inside the pads, straining the zip etc and managed to get the pad into a reasonable shape. I was told by him and by FW that I have to manipulate the foam pads myself in the future to maintain the form. It's practically impossible for a layperson to do this but that's the sum total of their service. So avoid this chain and if you can, if you do use them and opt for a warranty then scrutinize it, show them this review if it helps. If it was possible to leave a 0 Star review I would. I bought a 3 seater and 2 seater suite for my private holiday home, only 2 years ago. I was encouraged to buy the warranty with the suite and was told how incredible the warranty is. This suite is used by my wife and I for approximately 8 weeks a year, so it's total use is no more than 16 weeks. The seat pads at the front have become deformed and the back pads have lost their volume and shape. I phoned the shop and was referred to the warranty company who told me the warranty didn't cover the furniture filling! I phoned the shop and they confirmed this and wouldn't help me at all. I've emailed the C. E. O. 7 times over the last 2 weeks asking her to try and resolve the situation. Every single email has been completely ignored, literally not a single response. So I'm sad to say you should avoid this company like the plague. I now have to sell the furniture or get the seat and back pads changed. I feel conned by the salesman and the warranty company, I also am extremely disappointed in the C E.O.

Tracey was extremely helpful when I visited FW Home store! She was super welcoming and answered all of my questions. With her help, I found the perfect sofa and bed for my new home! Highly recommend.

Visited the Barnstaple Store today and was assisted by Martin throughout. We felt very well looked after, he was very helpful and ensured we made the right decision on our order as well as catering for us with a hot chocolate! (The little things help you remember your experience) We purchased a set of sofas today and we already know they'll be great quality having bought from FW before. All round great experience - highly recommend visiting your local store!

Definitely a no go!!! Ordered a £900 dining table online.. Two weeks went by,heard nothing.. Emailed them for an update,to be told my table would be sent to the courier the following Monday.. Heard nothing again,so I rang them. Again told it would be the next Monday.. Again heard nothing. This went on and on,so I emailed them to request a refund.. They didn't even have the decency to reply.. I have now opened a dispute through PayPal. Absolutely shocking customer service.. If I could leave zero stars,that's what you would get!!! Appalling company to deal with!!!

Visited the Newport store today for the first time, just window shopping !! Tracey was so professional and left me to my own devices but ensured she was available if I needed anything. Due to Tracey's relaxed approach, having found items I was interested in,I came back and purchased them! Tracey was very discreet in her sales style which prompted me to buy there and then. Thank you both for the service, and the interesting,palatable conversation!!! Highly recommend

My husband and I visited the Caerphilly store yesterday and was approached by Sharon who was extremely helpful. After leaving us a few minutes to see if anything caught our eye she then put her knowledge and experience to good use in helping us make a decision. The showroom displayed a large array of options, was clean and tidy and well presented. We are very pleased with our purchase and thank Sharon for all her help.

Me and my husband visted the Barnstaple store and was kindly approached by Paul Jesney who shown us where to look for a new dining table and chairs. We picked a gorgeous one and Paul was so helpful and kind and served us with a smile! Customer service was brilliant and the store was so well presented, clean and smelt lovely! Had a manhattan 7 drwr chest dlvrd and also bought a 5 drwr tallboy but wen looked at box realised was a 5 drwr large chest,so emailed customer service tha nite 2 times hoping to resolve quickly but had no rply bak so foned store in Caerphilly whr I bought them spoke to man that sold them to me explained the problem and he said only way I can sort it was through email at customer service and will rply so said tryd that last nite 2 times Afta delivery but had no response pls cud u sort it he said cudnt,sent email and wait on rply said done that already and he told me to hang on because it's Friday and u knows, u will probably have a rply Monday still no rply or evn a notification to acknowledge emails and best thing is that was Thursday not Friday u knows, today is Monday nothing ?????
