Such an easy and quick experience when buying a sofa, so many varieties, lots of designs and colours to pick from. David was great and the service was brilliant.

Two weeks on, was told I would be contacted when they had been in contact with supplier. Have heard nothing 6 months from ordering-half a wardrobe in my bedroom unbelievable!

We visited the Caerphilly store and immediately saw a sofa that we liked. The advisor at the store, Sharon, came over and gave us all the information regarding purchase and delivery. We were also able to look at another sofa that had the same material and colour to compare. Sharon was really helpful and polite and this made our decision really easy. A great experience which resulted in a purchase so we would definitely recommend a visit.

On arriving at the store we were welcomed by Tom who was very friendly and welcome us to have a look around in our own time and he was there if we needed any help or questions. In store is a great range of items of great design quality and price On choosing and placing our order Tom was very helpful and informative a very pleasant person. All information was relayed in a friendly and knowledgeable manner

The service at the store was brilliant. The very helpful assistant Paul Jesney at the Barnstable store helped with every question we had. I would definitely recommend purchasing a sofa from here. On top af all that the price we paid is excellent too.

I went in with no idea what I wanted. Started looking and Paul Wheeler explained the layout of the store, asked if we wanted help or were happy to browse. Found what I wanted quickly, and oh wow the Metro sofa is comfy!! Paul went through the details, colour, delivery etc and we put in the order. David in the Barnstaple branch was extremely helpful, helped me find the perfect sofa for my home. Great place to visit when furnishing your home. Very good quality furniture and sofas and very fair price. Service is second to none as Paul J, at the Barnstaple store was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs, without being intrusive. One stop shop in Barnstaple for all furniture requirements.Just moved into the area and stumbled Upon this store whilst driving past.Stopped by just to see what they have in store and was amazed at the quality and variety of furniture on display.We went in to look for a dining table and found a gem 💎 at a really great price and the 20% discount was really handy.However we were told the item wasn't in stock but Martin who showed us around told us that we will have it by the end of October.Martin took the time to Welcome us and explain everything so patiently.Our first furniture purchase in Barnstaple was a huge success thanks to FW home stores and Martin Fitzgerald.
