Went to Barnstable store, David made us very welcome and was very friendly. He knew his stuff. Nothing was too much trouble. He was not pushy. Got all the measurements for us so we could come home to make sure the sofas would fit before we buy. So we went right back and bought them. David filled in all the paperwork and explained everything well. Credit to the store.

Martin was v helpful in me choosing the right 2 seater sofa for my apartment. the 2 men who delivered the sofa, put it together and took old one away. It was all v professional.

If I could give 6 stars I would, amazing customer service, Ian is fantastic warm and friendly, top fella, the furniture is awesome and we have had bargains galore, with 20% off at the moment. Make sure you check this store out, I'm a Cardiff girl and it's my second visit in a week ( should've left a review after my first visit but better late than never)

I needed a replacement chair and found an ideal product, very quickly, in the Barnstaple store. Martin was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I collected it, as agreed, 3 days later.

Very friendly and really helpful, came in needing a specific sized sideboard for an awkward space and David at our local store in Barnstaple helped us find exactly what we needed, and it was even cheaper than expected, a real bonus! Decided to take a look on a whim. There is a good selection of homeware that are heavily discounted. We walked away purchasing a shelving unit and a mirror. Everything is set out lovely and both men were genuine and helpful. They also offered us a choice of hot drink and popcorn too which was a great touch. I’d recommend a nose!

Went to the Newport store was served by Andrew Lynne. Such a nice guy, couldn’t help us any more if he wanted to. Will definitely come back and buy again! 5*****

Tracey and Eddie were so helpful on my visit on the 15/10/24. I had made two previous visits debating on a sofa purchase. I had all the advice and answers to my queries given but no sale pitch pressure. The shop layout is great, I was able to view the many options available . The salesman Tom was superb and friendly. Great service and options available for many items in the shop.
