Amazing customer service at the Caerphilly store today. Tom was so friendly and easy to chat to, very informative and knowledgeable about the products. Cannot recommend him high enough.

I visited Barnstaple F W Homestores in early October. I had wanted a corner sofa but David advised against it due to my dimensions at home. He showed me a range of sofas etc which was very helpful and he didn't just direct me to the most expensive either so very happy with the customer service. Even the latte drink offered and plenty of time to choose. Never felt rushed! Looking forward to my sofa being delivered sometime in November.

After purchasing my mattress from Martin at FW Homestores in Barnstaple back in 2022, it was only right that I went back to see him for a sofa after just moving into my first property. Martin was extremely helpful in helping me select the right corner suite and arranging a suitable delivery timeframe. He also arranged for me to receive a loan sofa in the meantime which is just fantastic service. I couldn't recommend FW more and Martin (and the rest of the team for that matter) is a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much for another fantastic purchase experience.

I visited today with my mother in law in search of a new dining table and chairs. From greeting, right through to point of sale, Ian was attentive, knowledgeable, and hilarious throughout! His customer service is fantastic, giving us plenty of time and space to make a decision, but also on hand to offer his expertise and help us with different looks when considering other options! To be honest, I’d come back just for a laugh with Ian again!!

Went into the Newport branch today. As soon as you walk in, it smells beautiful! It has a very warm feeling, and the staff greet you without following you or hounding you. We found a beautiful 3 and 2 piece sofa and 6 seater table, and the staff were amazingly helpful! Nothing was too much trouble. Eddie served us mainly, absolutely lovely gent!

What a fantastic show room, we went to SCS first then come here and the quality in comparison is outstanding. We’ve just purchased our new sofa and chair with the guidance and fantastic knowledge of Ian!

We visited Furniture Warehouse Homestores Barnstaple Store to purchase a Table and Chairs and Sideboard, on arrival we were greeted with a Hello even though the staff member was busy with another customer .. within minutes David approached us asking if we needed any help. He was so informative rapid and polite making our purchase smooth and efficient which is exactly what we needed as we had young children with us ! Amazing service from FW Barnstaple ! Thank you

Martin at the Barnstaple store was a lovely welcoming person. On seeing us arrive he opened the door due to me being n a wheelchair. He kindly showed us to the lift and gave us some time and then supported me in choosing the best possible option for a new bed. He spent time and was patient with me explaining clearly . He was extremely helpful and nothing was t much trouble. I was so pleased that I got my new bed and all with the support of this lovely person. A fabulous member of staff that is passionate about his service and the company that he works. Service was outstanding.
