Seen Eddie today very helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the merits of each sofa we were interested in. He understood our needs and guided us through the decision process. We have purchased a lot of items through F W Homestores and have never been disappointed with our purchases. They have always been of the highest quality. We had a very warm welcome from Martin and another guy. We went and found what we wanted then Martin came over to explain a few things and tell us all the offers. He was was brilliant. Very helpful and friendly but gave us time to look. Found the bed we wanted. We will definitely be back for a sofa.
