Eddie from Newport store was very helpful on both of my visits to the store. I was able to pick up multiple items for my new home with the best discounts and advice he could offer. Would 100% recommend popping into store as the team are happy to help and offer bigger discounts than those you can see online. Was also able to pay a deposit and keep my items in store until moving date which was super helpful.

I'm really not one for slandering any type of business but our brand new table after just 6 months from FW has defected. When I contacted customer care they advised me that the issue is not a manufacturing fault therefore they won’t replace it. Given it’s only two panels out of the WHOLE table, how can they come to that conclusion. The photos we provided could not be more clear!!! They offered to come out and inspect the table in person but we had to pay an additional £59 for this service and if no fault was found this was not refunded!!! How can this be an option when the table was still under the 1 year guarantee too! Their customer service have been absolutely shocking. NEVER EVER buy here!!!

We bought a sofa with all the extra care added for an extra £500 and one of the main lumber has snapped. We have had a repair man out twice who's said there's not much he can do but make sure it doesn't sink no more. But it still is and we've gone back and said again and they're now flat out lying and saying there's nothing wrong despite wood literally sticking out. I also had to pay for the repair man to come and was told I'd get the money back if it was a manufacturers fault which he point blank said it was twice. And surprise surprise I didn't get it back. So now we're over 2k down with a broken sofa and are now having to take legal action with trading standards against them. Do not buy from them, it's not worth the hassle.

just popped my head into FW stores Barnstaple to browse a new king size gel mattress . i was kindly greeted by the Store Manager Martin Fitzgerald and was truly blown away with the professionalism and expertise in something i knew very little about concerning mattresses . After trying a various of types i settled for a premiere Deluxe king size gel type , it was so comfy i almost snoozed off in it . Popped into the Newport branch to have a look a beds. There was both divan and frame styles, along with a good mix of traditional and memory foam mattresses to pick from. Andrew was very knowledgeable, talking us through the various options. He gave us plenty space to think about what we wanted to do, without any pressure. The store has a great selection of home wares. Highly recommended

Eddie provided excellent customer service on my 2 visits to the store, initial visit was a general look around where he gave some pointers on the different style of beds and tables we were looking for. 2nd visit he helped by providing more details about the bed i had decided on and gave a reasonable/fair discount which was competitive with other deals i found online that i mentioned to him.
