My husband (Daniel Mogford) visited FW Homestores in Barnstaple with me in search of some seating that we need before Christmas. David was great! He greeted us politely, offered us hot drinks, brought us a tape measure so we could check the sizing, and gave us honest guidance on our choices. We really appreciated his help. We’ve shopped in Sofology previously and not received this level of service. Our new seating is due to arrive next week…well in advance of Christmas, brilliant service!

Great service from Tim! Lots of help to purchase our sofa. Also the premium furniture protection is worth the extra in our opinion- due to our choice of cream sofa and clumsiness with drinks! We also enjoyed the music.

Good and more collections in store. Above this Good service from staff which helps us to choose the best. Especially today when I visited barnstaple store,staff named Martin helped us a lot. We were confused and took ages to select each item and also lots of questions from us. Martin had his patience and was very kind to help us. He was polite and professional.
