as soon as myself and my daughter walked into the store , we where greatted with two friendly staff members .. we where after a new table for our kitchen .. so we asked where they where located .. and David Littlejohns was more than happy to show us the way .. he left us to explore, but could see we where a little confused with all the Offers they had on ... Dave came and made things clear and was amazing in helping us chose the right table for us .. Went to the Barnstaple store and David was very helpful, bought a mattress and was able to collect the same day, even got extra discount with the blue light card! Very happy!

What a horrible experience with these scammers. Avoid at all costs! I paid a lot of money for my kitchen table and chairs, and it’s been over two months—I’m still waiting for delivery. The customer service is terrible. If you want to save your nerves and money, there are plenty of better places to order from. I’m very frustrated and really disappointed!

Not impressed how much you need to build the bed frame and the instructions are tiny writing and not easy to follow. Also delivered the mattress separate from the bed so we have had to sleep to our inconvenience on the floor on the mattress. Being that the bed isn't easy to build means more inconvenience to us now. Won't be using this company again I'm afraid.

We have just purchased two new sofa's from FW Homestore's in Barnstaple. The sofa's are very comfortable and extremely good value for money. We were helped by Paul Jesney who was very courteous, knowledgeable and gave a great service. We will definitely shop there again.

At the Cardiff Store, Tim was extremely helpful with our selection of a corner sofa and very patient as we mulled over the choice of fabric. The lack of any sales pressure or hassle was a very pleasant change from our experiences with some of the major chain retailers.

FW Home Stores Newport Store - Served by Eddy and Andrew. We went into the Newport store today were we greeted by Eddy The manc and Andrew the top dog Liverpool fan. Both were very welcoming when we entered the store, we had seen table online which you in store, Eddy sat with us explained how to put the table togeather and showed us how to extend. Eddy was able to answer all the questions we had. We decided that we were going to buy from the store instead of an online website. Andrew was brilliant, being liverpool fans ourself he struck up a conversation about the football. Both Eddy and Andrew were amazing, they were so friendly. We would recommend the newport store purley from the experience we had. Thank you so much for all your help. The Liverpool Family❤️
