I ordered a wonderful corner sofa bed with storage. The staff were very helpful, and also responded very quick to enquiries via email. The delivery was fairly quick and I received the sofa within two weeks. Highly recommended!

Thieving 🤬 brought a corner sofa last week got delivered last Friday lovely corner sofa then I noticed sitting on one of the cushions was very soft...then getting up from off the sofa the seating cushion looked like 10 dogs have been fighting on it! Then i unzipped the cushion and yep you've guessed it the foam looks like they've cut it off an 1960s chair and all the other cushions are different...inboxed them and textd them saying bring me another cushion or il have my whole money back and yep again you've guessed it they have read the message but haven't replied...mine is just a cushion and they ate ignoring me never mind someone buying a dodgy sofa from these foreign cowboys stay well clear of this company.

My experience with Furco was amazing. The furniture I purchased was beautiful, affordable, and good quality which was delivered fast but my appreciation for this company is their outstanding customer service. Thank you Furco for your great service

There were some hicups along the way with delivery we got there in the end. 3 door wardrobe is beautiful assembled service was great worth paying for. Slight disappointment had to dispose packaging. Overall happy with the item I have a new bedroom.

Communication was bad, they don’t contact you about delivery. Contact number is diverted to a mail box. I have to cancel my order “sofa” as for 2weeks after my fist payment of 3, they did not contacted me about when the delivery was all they say to me was “we will update you tomorrow” but they never get back to me. Sorry for my poor review but they need to know how to run a business.

Scammers don’t do any business with them! They will take your money and NOT deliver your goods that you paid for. They still haven’t given the money they owe my disabled father in law. Avoid!!! ‘ Apparently Furco Ltd went into liquidation but that is rubbish because I recently found out the owner of Furco is actually the original owner from Furco Ltd. The owe thousands of money to people. Avoid them. I will personally make sure that Furco/ Furco ltd will get a bad reputation no what. The person on the phone said it was brought put by a new company and that is rubbish because when you dig further you will see that. You will not get anything from this company. Keep your money and go to a major company and none of these wasteful of small company like FURCO. With a major company you will get warranties.

I was unsure about buying from furco with all the negative reviews but I am so happy I did! The sofa I bought is excellent quality and arrived in one week and the delivery guys were great. The customer service advisors were very helpful and got back to me quickly. I will say that they use a number of company names (when the delivery company called they said they had my order from Furniture Instore) and I haven’t received a full receipt as proof of purchase in case I need to claim on the warranty.

It's nice sofa and good contact with company

Purchased a bed and didn’t hear anything from them. After almost a week they told me the bed wasn’t available and tried to sell me an alternative. I immediately replied no and requested a refund. They emailed to say that the refund wouldn’t be processed until the next weekend and kept my money even longer. They did asked me to call them to discuss but I then got an answer phone message and no one on the end of the phone. This was on a Saturday. Not impressed with the communication. Evidence of order: Thank you for placing an order with FURNITURECO. You order has been successfully received and we will contact you 1-3 days before the scheduled delivery date. All delivery updates are now answered via email, please allow us up to 24-48 Business Hours to respond As our phone lines can be very busy, we now update customers by email. Your Order #000017727

After waiting a week they told me they couldn't deliver to my area very disappointing

First of all, be aware of their fake reviews in their site which says Trusted pilot rating is 4.6 with over 2.5k reviews. The same thing with the google review which is non existent. Do not expect to receive order confirmation if you paid with Klarna.... I have to contact their Customer service to confirm. Then 10 days pass with no news of delivery. I then contacted them again. One of their assistant confirm that they are about to contact courier, then no further news received until you chase them again few days later. At that point, I was offered alternative sofa as they do not have the sofa that I originally order. I requested refund but they still offer more options which was time wasting..I felt that I was misled in the process as well. My money got hold until today.. It has passed almost 3 weeks since I ordered and I have requested refund since a week ago... They did confirm it should have been processed but it never come. They will tell you "we will check again and confirm with you". However, do not expect that they will confirm unless you chase them! Also, I am unsure if I would get my refund. Stay away!
