I would like to clarify before I get into this review that FURCO are a third-party seller. They do not handle the manufacturing or delivery process themselves, they use a supplier called Eleganza Group Ltd (and possibly others) that make and ship the goods directly to the customer. Most big companies such as The Range, B&Q, Dunelm etc all do this, so I’m not criticising them for that. However, as the furniture was purchased from FURCO, the responsibility ultimately falls on them. My nan waited over 4 weeks for her sofa's to arrive, despite the website saying 1-2 weeks. After this time, she had to contact FURCO multiple times regarding the order. They told her that it wasn't in stock, even though their website stated it was, and that they had to make it to order. It was very difficult to get in contact with them. And on several occasions, they’d promise to call her back and never did. They cancelled and rescheduled the delivery numerous times, and it wasn't until I got involved and requested to cancel the order for a refund that they miraculously got it delivered to her the next day. The sofa's aren't comfortable at all and are certainly not 'high quality' as advertised. Please steer clear of this incompetent and unprofessional “company”!
I ordered two sofas from Furco June 6th and was assured it take 5 to 6 weeks to deliver. I was later told it would be delivered on the 29th July and a confirmation email would be sent between 22nd through 25th July. As it stands none of what has been promised has happened and I get no replies from their customer service. Furco you can do better. Please get a grip of your issues. I will be taking this up with my bank as all attempts to get a refund issued from Furco has yielded nothing.
I ordered a garden shed. They then came back and said it wasn’t available but had an alternative for £45 more. There’s no such price point on website. Now nothing. Have put the payment into dispute. SCAMMERS.
SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!! Ordered a bedroom set with delivery confirmation stating 4 business days. 4 days came and went with nothing delivered. It’s been 3 weeks and no communication from the company. Tried to email, phone and fill in online forms and not a single response! When you try to phone the number displayed on the website it rings out and then a message stating “‘mailbox full” Raised a dispute with PayPal for refund, currently waiting on them getting back to me. This company is a scam! Do not order!
Fraud stay well clear. This company is a scam. I’ve now been waiting 3 weeks for a refund. They don’t have a customer service or even reply to emails and phone calls. 😡
Ordered a table in March which had a lead time of end of May. No problem, we can wait. End of May comes and goes - no communication. Several emails, live chat and unanswered calls later, we get a response to say they will need to issue a refund. 2 weeks later, nothing. Contact PayPal to raise a dispute. We get a notification to say the amount has been refunded. Great!!! 4 days later, we get a notification to say transaction failed! Contact PayPal and they say Furco cancelled the refund? Now we are waiting on PayPal refunding us whilst Furco have £949.95 of our money. Please read the reviews and do not fall foul of this unscrupulous company. Update 08-08-24, After three failed refunds from Furco, delaying us from receiving our money, PayPal finally settled this directly. Therefore, Furco never actually refunded us for this. All we ever wanted was the table we ordered on the 8th March 2024.

Terrible experience, especially in terms of lack of communication. They were very responsive before the purchase was made, but completely unresponsive once it had been completed. After contacting them several times and then finally initiating a chargeback, I noticed that the dining set ordered was removed from their website. Would advise to avoid this company at all costs! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Ordered 2 sofas advertised as in stock (still are BTW). Was told out of stock and offered a more expensive option. Requested a refund. Refund pending on PayPal, then removed. Now going through the CC company. Don’t need the stress. Horrible way to run a business. 0 stars if an option.
Scam company don’t think they have anything to actually sell. Received an email saying the item wasn’t in stock after they missed the delivery date. They don’t respond to emails at all. Have had to start a refund process through PayPal which they still haven’t responded to. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a wardrobe, and was told i would be contacted with the delivery date. Having waited over six weeks I sent an email asking what was happening, and didnt get a reply. I sent a second email and was told they would answer soon. On the third email I was told they couldn't supply the wardrobe i had ordered. I have since then requested a refund by email twice and tried to phone them (goes straight to answer phone). Since posting a review I have been told that they can supply the wardrobe just not one of the additional wardrobe rails which they have said they will refund. I will update the review when and if I actually recive the wardrobe.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Only half the product arrived (a kitchen island - the marble top arrived but no ACTUAL ISLAND!) Took over 2 months to resolve. The initial delivery was delayed twice, then they delivered it on the wrong day and left it outside the house even though I had booked 2 man delivery into the house. They offered nothing in compensation for the muck up. They offered no apology and I was down £2k for 2 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Came on time. Set up by two nice guys who delivered it. Looks good and feels comfy. Happy with it so far.
Why advertise products that are not available?
It’s probably a different experience if going to the showroom compared to online ordering. I ordered a sofa on 27 April which was classified as delivery within 7 days. Now I was in no rush to get it, but after 10 days I heard nothing about a likely delivery date. I emailed and got an automated reply to say I would be contacted within a day…nothing. I finally made contact via WhatsApp to be told it was coming the next day, great what was the time window (their faq say they will provide this). No response. So Saturday at 7.30am I was greeted by a 70kg sofa on a pallet, the courier could only leave it on the pavement as it was one person not the 2 person delivery stated. I can’t fault the courier, he took pity on me and helped me get it into the house but all this hassle could have been avoided if they had communicated more clearly.
I was kept informed about the progress of purchase every step of the way, even when there was a delay at the supplier's end. My delivery was quickly and efficiently rescheduled. The customer service team responded promptly both via email and phone. I never had to wait in a queue, and they were always kind, courteous, and patient with all my questions.
I've bought a few things over the years and always loved the quality and price. They always show up when they say they will. Totally recommend!

Asked for a refund as they refused to cooperate regarding delivery etc and got nothing but abusive messages with threats of not refunding unless I apologised for calling them scammers! After blocking them and getting my refund via method of payment they messaged me from another mobile number with more abuse! I have all the evidence and have reported to trading standards!
We've chosen FURCO for our office chairs for the second time, and the experience was outstanding. The price were unbeatable, and interacting with their customer service team was a pleasure. They even followed up to ensure our delivery went smoothly. We will definitely use FURCO again.
