Ordered a set of drawers. No delivery update after 3 weeks and no communication with the company after 3 emails. Company does not accent phone calls. Impossible to gain contact with them. I’ve requested a refund through PayPal and now have to wait a month before I can get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I’ve had my 3+2 recliners for nine months now, and I’m still delighted with them. The quality is fantastic, and the experience with the salesman was great from the start. The delivery team was quick and efficient, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. I’ve since bought a matching recliner chair, and when my daughter moves into her next place, I’ll definitely be back to get her a suite too!

I’m so happy with my purchase – definitely the best sofa I’ve ever bought! Delivery was fast, and they kept me updated on the timing every step of the way. The team assembled the sofa quickly, and they were so friendly; I didn’t have to lift a finger, just sit back and enjoy my new sofa! Had a really positive experience with these guys and would highly recommend them.

Great service – they were really helpful and kept in constant contact. The delivery guys were so nice too. I ordered the grey reclining cinema chair for my husband, and I loved it so much that I’ve just ordered the matching sofa! The chair is lovely and such great quality.

Don't use this company! Take your money and no delivery After 3 weeks when it says deliver in 7 days. Trying to contact them is impossible. Can't cancel my order now. :(

The sofas we received are fantastic quality, especially for the price. Delivery was right on time, and we’re really pleased with the whole experience. The sofas are super comfortable and with features like wireless charging, cup holders, and USB ports. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great value and quality!

Ordered and picked it up the same day – I was surprised by how comfortable the couch is, especially for such an excellent price!

I made two orders on the 20th October and heard nothing since, I've chased by e mail and no response. I've also called and was told it's in stock from next week. Still heard nothing , re sent an e mail asking for a refund and no reply. Now I have to call my cc company and get them to recall the charge.

I didn't buy anything yet because of the bad reviews. So just to double-check the suspicion, I called them. The answering machine said from the outset: "This mailbox is full and cannot accept any further messages." Yup...looks like a scam online shop with no customer services....

The customer service from FURCO was excellent from start to finish – they kept me updated all the way through. The delivery was perfect; they put the furniture together professionally and were polite throughout. The recliners are fantastic. Couldn’t ask for more!

SCAMMERS. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. Please read other reviews. I am surprised this company is still allowed to trade. I requested a cancellation of an order and a refund of my payment. I was notified that I had been refunded but then a week later received a further notification that the refund had been cancelled. This is a deliberate action and can only be classified as a scam and fraud. I will now have to pursue this via Paypal to get a refund.. These people are scammers, avoid at all costs.. Do not give these people your money!!!

We placed our order and got a call the next day to arrange delivery, which was great! The sofa arrived on time and exactly as ordered – it’s really comfortable and high-quality. We reached out to customer service to make a change before delivery, and they were super helpful. Definitely a service and product we’d recommend!

The delivery was brilliant! The driver called to let me know when they’d arrive, showed up right on time, took away the old sofa, and set up the new one for me. They even walked me through how everything works. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!.

Paypal showed me this company refunded me and then they just canceled the refund when I contacted them they replied they will look into it, i have waited for a while and resend another email to them about their refund did not come through my PayPal and they did not reply my email at all, i am going to open a dispute on PayPal agathem tonight and will never buy any thing from them again, they just act like a scam website. Never trust in them and very bad communication. Just beware!

Only gave this a 1 star as not able to give this company no stars. Avoid at all cost as this is a scam company. Purchased a greenhouse and never received this and been chasing for my refund and never hear anything from them back. I’m £235 out of pocket and they will do the same to you. Don’t know if blocked, being avoided but have had no contact from this company and have tried on all methods they provide to contact them. Look elsewhere for your item, don’t pay them a penny, and run straight off their web page. SCAMMERS!!!
